Birthday getaway

Most of the hotel staff were very nice and engaging. There was one who although wasn't unfriendly, wasn't the most friendly. Loved that the pool was accessible most of the day! Would have loved to have Bluetooth capability in the room.

Old Hotel Questionable Rehab

In out of town quickly it is a fine stay; cheap night stay and convenient location off JTB - 202. If head east won't find food for 15 minutes, confusing location under around overpass in old office park. Ask at desk food to west 2 blocks. Old hotel and unacceptable large renovation; you don't see the money they spent - bad fixtures, bad plumbing, bad construction. I use to develope 150+ homes a year, bad unacceptable construction band aid rehab. Nice to faux wood floors which updates look somewhat, bed comfortable, air worked fine, TV worked fine, hair dryers in room (old style unacceptable if a woman with lot of hair).

Nice location

The hotel was in a nice area. Easy access to hwy. plenty of options for dining. 20 minutes from airport. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel for the money

The Hotel is going through renovations which was ok but in my room the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. I had to turn the heat light on to get some extra light which then made it really hot and only 1 mirror in the bathroom. I was there for work so having a full mirror would have been nice. Also there is A Lot of construction at the highway right there and my GPS didn't recognize it so I had to make a loop around to get to the hotel. But overall hotel was clean and nice.

This hotel is in the midst of a renovation. There were no towel racks or shelves, the breakfast room was far down a side corridor and obviously makeshift, etc. I'm sure it will be a pleasant place to stay when done. It already had some interesting features like wide plank laminate room floors and matte bath tile.

Thank you for your comments. As noted we are in renovation. Once complete your guest room will have a brand new vanity with cubbies to store towels and other times. Racks and Shelves in hotels just down present the image that we are looking to achieve and we appreciate your patience while we work through our renovations!

Bad customer service

Charged my card twice so basically I had to pay Expedia and the hotel and now both saying that they don't have the money...I Don't recommend this hotel...staff is unhelpful with nasty attitude.

Please allow us clarify this issue. Upon check in, an authorization is obtain to validate the method of payment. Payment is not processed. This authorization is valid for a select period of time (length of stay) and then is removed. No funds are removed from an account, nor charges processed. However, Expedia would have processed payment if you booked and selected "Expedia" pay. You will find that your card no longer shows dual authorization and that you have been charged only once. I sincerely regret that you felt someone with our team was less than empathetic and helpful with you. I assure you this is never the case and our team respects you and your opinion on this matter.
