Rooms need some TLC

Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: maint on the room
Location: lots of food and shopping
I have stayed at Aloft Hotels before and enjoyed my stays, on this trip I did not. It's not just that the ac was being worked on and the elevators and hallways were like ovens but the room was not ready for a customer. Bed sheets seemed unclean, TV remote was missing and when I called the front desk for a new remote it didn't work. The headboard and wall paper were damaged to the point where it looked like someone had had a fight in the room. Not a comfortable evening.

Very nice hotel close to a lot of things.

The room was really clean and it was very updated and new. I really liked my stay there.

It's an okay hotel

It's and okay hotel of you are doing to be cone most of the day or for your whole vacation experience. It's good for one night.

Aloft not up to Aloft brand.

Been to many aloft hotels, this aloft most be one of the first, the rooms are in need of update. Staff very nice and agreed the rooms are ruff. Stained carpet, wall all stuffed up, bed head board ripped up. Hall way carpet loose. Would not go back and would have changed hotels if I could but it was prepaid. Pro staff close to airport.

It's a "want-to-be" nice hotel. There were scratches on the walls & small mildew in the shower. Also the room was so dark! I hated it!

This was my second stay and I really enjoyed this hotel. It's clean, and the shower is awesome!!

Pet Friendly

I appreciate the ability to bring my dog with us in the hotel room. Pet friendly hotels are hard to find and the room was wonderful. I assume that other people had brought pets in there in past, and you would never know. Its good to know that others know how to bring in pets to a hotel and take good care.
