Would not recommend. There was a bug on the table in our room upon arrival. Also key wouldn't work after 1 day and had to reset. Had to stand in line with about 8 others to get key reset. Continental breakfast = poor. Vending machine credit would not work. Only took $1 or quarters= inconvenience. Very outdated!

Property is not near other motels but it is the closest in proximity to the airport. It is dated but the room was clean. The main issue is that there is not enough parking spaces when hotel is full. When I asked the front desk clerk about their being no spaces she instructed me to park in front of a container that was in an end space. Others were instructed to park along the road leading to the hotel. I didn't feel very safe about that option.

Everything was good and the staff at the front desk was always friendly and helped with any problemsyou may have had. Also housekeeping was good when you ask ed for towels they was right on point. The Breakfast was decent and fresh food .

There weren’t a lot of extras, but it was clean and convenient for the airport. Breakfast was a pretty standard continental breakfast. Good value for the money.

Very run down building. Sink was cracked completely through in 3 places and glued back together. Had to go to the 1st floor for ice (we were on the 3rd) and couldn't even get an extra pillow for my bad leg. Won't be staying there again.

The hotel was not in good condition. There were bugs in our room, the metal parts in the bathroom (faucet, towel rack etc.) were all very rusted, the bathtub was stained and looked dirty. Breakfast was very basic, but better than nothing, I guess. Considering the poor condition of the hotel, the price should have been half of what it was to stay there. Way too expensive for such poor conditions. I would not stay there again.

Do not stay here if you need shuttle service to or from the airport. I waited 50 minutes on the way in and when I was leaving at 4am for a 6am flight they couldn’t get the shuttle service to answer the phone. Plus if you even wanted a 4am shuttle they ask you to come down 20 minutes early and they will call them. Except they won’t guarantee a pickup time. No pre-booking. Uber service in the area was non-existent too, but I was lucky enough to get a Lyft. Phew. The front desk person was trying to help but there was nothing that he could do. Stay away.

We picked this hotel because it is near the airport and we had a very early flight scheduled. Our room did not have a working phone and the alarm clock did not work. I complained to the front desk. They would not help me. I wanted them to call the manager and the maintenance man but she would not do it. And she did not get me an alarm clock. I will never stay in a Microtel hotel again. It was very noisy all night too.

Pass got to another
Run down chair in room and stains. Staff at front desk ignores us when we arrives and keep on with their own personal conversation rather than greet us. Took over an hour to get the shuttle to the hotel and two phone calls to get it. Staff did not even apologize for delay. Shuttle was from one of the ez parking by airport not hotel shuttle.

Everything was pretty good the TVs were smaller than 32-in I would expect at least a 32. Also the body wash was watered down which was pretty bad

For what you pay I had a great stay. We were just planning to sleep there and leave first thing in the morning to the airport. If you can look past the fact that this place is constantly revolving with customers and that the place itself is a little ran down then you’ll be fine. House keeping did its best to clean and left hints that they did. Bathroom and sheets were clean, the place just needs a face lift. Parking lot was full with customers with all different kinds of vehicles, breakfast was decent, and check out was a breeze. Down the street from lots of shopping areas. Oh and body towels were small. Lol

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I needed a bottle opener and they provided one immediately. The breakfast with eggs and sausage were pretty good along with bagels, waffles and fresh juice.
