It was nice because it was big enough for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast provided was nice. The TP dispenser was coming out of the wall and one of our comforters was stained. It worked for a night before we left for our cruise.

The motel did not an airport shuttle. Changed hotel the second night. Hotel staff did not offer to assist in booking shuttle service, had to arrange my own ground transportation. Will not stay there again.

It was close to the airport, so it was convenient. The room was clean and organized , although it had quite a few imperfections. The management did make note that they’re renovating - which is great. The staff put on cartoons for our kids during the breakfast which I really appreciated and everyone was friendly!

Meeting family group traveling for family funeral, this was a quick over night stay but suite was perfect space to be able to gather and visit before attending services, close to restaurants and worked well for traveling during this difficult time

The suite had a great layout to accommodate up to 5 guests. We liked the separate sitting area with sofa bed, ottoman/coffee table, tv, desk, and another kitchenette nook with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice bucket etc. Included breakfast served in lobby from 6am-9am offered generous and very tasty options with a nicely decorated, spacious dining area or option to take back to room. The staff were wam and welcoming throughout the visit.

Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. For breakfast I appreciated having premade oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings to put in it. Very nice hotel!

Late day staff was not as friendly as AM staff. Very dated hotel- especially after having been to Springhill Suites in Latrobe, PA just a couple weeks before. We checked into Hampton Inn, Jacksonville when we returned from our cruise. Much friendlier, cleaner, comfortable there- for same price!

Very nice and accommodating staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was cold and the heater wasn’t working in the room. We were moved immediately to a different room. Breakfast was very good as well….

My room smells like sewage. Sheets are rough like sandpaper. I’m very disappointed in this hotel, as I usually am very pleased with this chain. Photos are obviously stock and do not represent this tired, old building.

Unfortunately my guest experience at the springhill suites in jacksonville florida was not what I expected. I had just gotten off a carnival cruise that docked at 8am, and like any hotel I did not expect to receive a room right away as check in is at 4pm. I kindly asked if they were at least able to hold on to my luggage. I had to walk over to a locked conference room where I left my luggage. After waiting in the hotel lobby for several hours I noticed 3 seperate guests were able to check in. Assuming some maybe had an “early check in” arrival. There was one particular guests that did not have an early check in, however they were able to get a room. it was a bit dissappointing to know that the staff was able to make accomodations for some but not for us. In all my years of traveling and even going to school for hospitality management, the staff at this hotel were not hospitable at all.

Do not stay here, period. Dirty beyond any place I’ve ever stayed. Nothing cleaned, sheets had crumbs on them. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom with peeling ceilings. I always stay at Marriott properties, but I’ll make sure to never stay here again. The only positive was the front desk staff member was kind upon our late arrival and offered extra water and snacks.

The staff members were attentive while understaff for the new year holiday. I wouldn’t want to work on a holiday either, no blame there. The rooms were spacious, bathroom clean. Looks like the property was refurbished from an older build. Overall excellent experience. Do skip the breakfast and find a near by restaurant. Staff incredible, food was edible, coffee was weak.
