O. K. for the price I paid - got a good discount

Pros: Close to town, quite, huge beech, very friendly staff.
Cons: Food fare
Location: Location great, short cab ride to casinos, discotecks, bars, tour operators, shopping.
Food fare seriously lacking. They served Tailapia (fish) twice a day for 6 days I was there. Too,Too, much talipapia. Definitly low end food fair. Nothing on the high end. Need to up-grade food fare.

Pros: The front desk staff were very nice and professional . Front desk manager also very helpful .
Cons: Best western , big corporation they should build a new hotel,
Location: the beach location is not good foe swimming, it is not much to do
The hotel is very old, things are broken, furniture is old and cheap. The hotel beach is not very good either , not safe to swim, food is ok , The price is very expensive for what you get. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody .

Best Western Jaco Beach

Pros: The rooms were nice, the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The buffet, more selection and more salad choices.
Location: Nice location, nice beach walk to town.
We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice but could use a comfortable chair or two. Also needed more suitcase room, had to use the only chairs to put our suitcases on. The beach was too hot to enjoy, it needs some chairs and umbrellas so you can get out of the sun. The pool was nice but could stay open later.

All.inclusive not

Food subpar not all inclusive if you want drinks you have to.get them yourself no umbrellas in the pool area food choice is weak Staff is friendly they photo copied my credit card not happy about that they insist it's policy overall I would not recommend this place if your looking for true all inclusive like you would get I cabo san lucas

The hotel staff were great. The room/beds are not the most comfortable but food and drinks make you forget about the room. Steps away from the beach and downtown Jaco I love the convenience to the quiet and the busy. It would e great if they had another pool or jacuzzi. Tip: pay in full in advance!

Great family place

We were looking for an all inclusive place to stay and we found it. The staff make this place so much better! Sergio, Francisco, Pamela, Margarida and the front desk staff were phenomenal people. They made this visit so much better. They were very giving, professional, enjoyable and knowledgeable of the area. There were a few negative things about the hotel, the hot water was touch and go ,the Internet was in and out, and the snack area food was just average. Hot dogs and hamburger daily at a Costa Rican hotel was not what we expected. The restaurant food has great fish but little variety. The hotel had a lot of security, clean rooms and great ocean and mountain views. We will definitely be back.
