Check-in experience was awful. No information on any kind was given. No wifi password, no amenities information shared, no Breakfast info. It was like if the guy at the front desk didn't want to be there. This was our 1st time at Amapola and most definite the last. The TV at the room was not working, so when we called for help to the front desk using our cell phone we had to dial 4 times for someone to pick up, then they sent the guy from security to check on the TV. Bathroom only had 2 towels, No floor towel or face or regular towels for hand wash. We got them after complaining. Service at the pool bar awful as well, they CHARGE the ice plus they never had change for you to pay with cash, therefore they say sorry no change. OVERALL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The only good service we got was from Sandy at breakfast in the reataurant.
