Absolutely Unhappy and Decieving

My fiance and I traveled together for the first time to Costa Rica. We booked with Expedia by the pictures we saw and on the reviews and this is how we usually book our trips. The resort it self was nice but when we arrived and saw the actual room it was ABSOLUTELY nothing like the photos of the room that was advertised. We had traveled from the US to visit only to find out that the room pictures were of a different room and not of what we expected nor shown on the site. The concierge Robert was extremely helpful and showed us a few different rooms that were available to try and accommodate us for what happened. But even then after finally just settling because we were so tired the condo itself was not what we wanted and the neighbors above were moving furniture all night and were very loud until 1 AM in the morning. However, we were given a bit of a discount for the troubles on the room they put us in and on top of that we were PROMISED A FULL REFUND for the 4 nights we WERE going to stay there. It gets worse...We get the manager of CR Luxury Los Suenos Marina Resorts involved and he said as well it would be NO PROBLEM to refund the 4 nights that we did NOT stay. November 26th we ended up checking out and having to find another place last minute believing we would get what was promised to us. So from November 26-until this day Dec 01st 2015 we have not heard back from the manager of this resort, and were BILLED almost for 4 nights on a room that we NEVER stayed in.
