Nice 160m apartment with a balcony facing the forest, fully equipped, 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 2 sofa beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans, located in a beautiful 150-hectare complex surrounded by lakes, 5 minutes from Playa Hermosa de Jacó, two km from the beach on foot, two km from the beach on foot, close to supermarkets and restaurants, close to supermarkets and restaurants, ideal for bicycles, hikes, Surf, one hour from Manuel Antonio. Stay on the 3rd Floor, Penthouse. IT HAS NO ELEVATOR.  
The space  
With architecture integrated into the forest and nature, there is a 150-acre residential area surrounded by lakes and green areas. The inner path leads to Playa Bella which is 2 km away. Those who like can walk or bike.  
  
The apartment is the Penthouse on the third floor and DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.  
  
The apartment has three bedrooms and a Mezzanine.  
The master bedroom has a king bed with a blanket and a 100% cotton bed cover. It has A/C and ceiling fan with speed control. It has a full bath. It has a closet for clothes and inside there are 2 beach towels, two bath towels and two extra pillows. The room also has a smart TV.  
  
A secondary room features a Queen bed with a blanket and a 100% cotton bedspread. It has A/C and ceiling fan with speed control. Share a full bathroom in the house hallway. It has a closet for clothes and inside there are 2 beach towels, two bath towels and two extra pillows. The room also has a smart TV.  
  
A third room features two twin beds with a blanket and a 100% cotton bedspread each. It has A/C and ceiling fan with speed control. Share a full bathroom in the house hallway.
