The property was nice but it was just shy of being very nice. For example, there was no detergent for the washing machine (or it wasn't labeled.) And would've been nice to have some olive oil and spices for cooking. The beach club doesn't provide towels so bring your own, and the beach club pass keh says the pool is open until 10 pm but it's actually only open until 7 pm. Found that out by showing up at 7:15 pm and getting kicked out. The unit was very clean and quiet, but no view at all.

While the apartment is nice, the place didn’t have e beach towels. I asked for them on the same day I arrived and didn’t get them until the 2nd day late in the afternoon. The remote control for the tv in the main bedroom was not working.

A very clean place and very comfortable the only downside was several light bulbs were not working making the lighting poor. Overall the condo was clean with a comfortable bed. I would return as it was a pleasant stay.

Experience depends on the Condo, some with view some only jungle view, this unit had lots of space and confortable beds. Small pools and not so clean. But you have the beach club option instead.

Beautiful Resort
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. This place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. The resort is HUGE! Several different condo buildings, spread over a very large area. Each are owed and therefore decorated very differently. We did not care For the first condo/villa we were put in and requested another. The staff were very Helpful and moved us to a beautiful condo/villa. For the size of the resort the shopping and restaurants are pretty limited.

The best place I’ve stayed in CR.
Everything you need or what is on the property. It’s a massive amount of real estate and super safe with plenty of street lighting, security gates and roaming officers.

We love the Condo, you feel like home at the beach. Very safe place, distance between the beach and the Condo is far, you need to use your car to go everywhere. Swimming pool not big but nice and warm. Beach is small. There are nice gardens, fountains and restaurants! Marina is beautiful. Ice cream is delicious at the Marina Stores. Golf areas are amazing. We love the place!

The Best
Started off very challenging. The guards at Los Surnos were rude and unhelpful when asking for directions for check in. After we finally found the office everything was great.

I have stayed at this property three times. That tells the story. I would not keep going back. It makes you feel right at home. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. Our only complaint was that our trip was short and we wanted to stay longer.

All good but no A/C
We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was going well but the second day the A/C stopped working. When they checked it, they told us we could move to another condo because they wouldn’t be able to fix it that night. We decided not to move because we leaving next morning. The next day, when we were checking out, the guy at the front desk told me we were not the only people who had some kind of trouble, they had many issues with A/C’s and internet that same day, so I wonder how often this really happens here.

something for everyone
Los Suenos was really lovely! The staff made it very easy for us to enjoy our first experience in CR. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Day trips worked great and there was something for everyone. Our family all found something that was perfect for them. It was easy to run to the grocery store for all the little things(very complete w/lots of brands that we use) and to find nice restaurants with a lot of variety on site. Grounds were beautiful. We loved having the marina right there. Great trip! Thanks!!

Beautiful Family Vacation
I’ve been to Costa Rica several times and it only gets better! It takes a little while to learn the bet itinerary. Los suenos is a place we incorporated into our vacation for half the trip, but next time will prob be closer to 75% of it. Safe, comfortable and everything you and your family need. It’s only an hour from Escazú as the new highway makes it a breeze to get to! Highly recommended.

Very beautiful location
I think the condo we stayed in was very beautiful has everything you need but the only problem was it smelled horrible from the time we checked in till when we checked out i tried to find the smell but could not so other than the horrible smell it was very nice. the views are breathtaking the pools are amazing my kids loved them the marina is so awesome as we used them to do some fishing and the restaurants are good too love that everything you need is so close over all it is a very beautiful place very good for families with children this was our frist time here and loved every minute of it can’t wait to go back.

Need to put the Details
The stay would have been perfect, but the exception is they don't put details about the "free resort access". I thought the free access was to the Marriott Hotel Resort there, but when we got to the Marriott Hotel Resort they charged us $70/person. The "free resort access" is actually to the Beach Club resort, which is also nice, but we went with different expectations because they don't explain which one you get access to.

Regarding your comments please take a note that our properties are not part of the Marriott Hotel for this reason you dont have access to the pool but we give to all our clients the free resort access, which is the Beach Club located just next to the hotel. This is part of Los Suenos Resort and it only able for owners and rentals. We are sorry if this cause you any problem, we try to give all our clients the best information at the check in in order to avoid any issues.

Los Sueños resort is a beautiful resort with golf, marina and pools (also has a beach but we did not go). It has various communities wothin the resort, all very well maintained as are the general grounds and landscaping of the resort. Our 2 bedroom unit in itself was nicely decorated, had everything you would need, gorgeous views to the golf court etc, BUT it had a terrible cigarette smell. The managers did try to clean it out with room perfumes etc but it was a heavy underlying smell. My friends rented a unit next to ours and theirs had no problems at all.
