Central, 5 mins away from Jaipur Railway station.

Posted Mar 26, 2017
Quality & variety of food - very good. Beverages and drinks - quite expensive. Close proximity to Pink City, Malls, Chowki Dhaani, Cinema, local markets, Railway station. Front Desk processings require fine expertise and faster delivery.

It is the most pathetic Hotel experience I have ha

Posted Feb 1, 2017
We were three of us occupying the room....asked for extra toiletries....trust me I literally had to call up ten times for each request of mine.......for an extra bedding, they provide a metal khatiya with a matress on top of it.....room service and housekeeping is pathetic.........The Manager was helpful but unfortunately his staff doesnt support his goodness....

Arrogant front desk Staff

Posted Jan 13, 2017
The front desk staff behaved like robots. They could not understand ID issued by Government of India, Ministry of Defence produced by me as PoI and PoA.But, insisted for Aadhar card. Pathetic and incompetent people. I produced pan card of wife as PoI. But, they firmly said PoA is must otherwise we would not allow check in. I said OK, if it's so. But, later on they checked us in. This episode gave impression of unwelcome and bitter taste. Room no 104 was allotted to me. The room had unusual and irritating noise from AC Grill. I reported to front desk.Techinician came. Did some work. No supervisor bothered to check back. During repairs lots of cold air was thrust into the room and the room became cold storage for the duration till we stayed. In sensitive staff ! WC flush was not working in water saving option. Bath cubicle was too small. Wash Hand basin was placed at right most part of slab, leaving inadequate space to accommodate right hand while using it.

Dear guest we deeply distressed to know about the short comings during check in and your stay. As per the local government regulations the hotels are instructed to take the address proof id for every individual during check in. We deeply regret to know that the technician could not resolve the problem related to AC and WC flush. Trust us and this is not the standard of service we provide so request you to provide another opportunity to serve you again on your next visit at Park Inn, Jaipur.

Closer to Pink City and Train Station- more Local

Posted Oct 17, 2016 on Hotels
The location was closer to the pink city, but with cheap taxis you can get anywhere. We were the only other couple staying here (that wasn't indian). We felt out of place and the breakfast was 98% indian food. There was just cold cereal and toast (for western style breakfast. That is it literally, if you are wanting "western style breakfast"). I couldn't eat the indian food for breakfast, just too spicy. It felt more of a restaurant for locals than for guests. They wanted us to wait for a table. The room was okay, but a little old. The shower head holder was broken (pics included). It was a cheaper hotel yes and closer to train station and pink city. If you want budget and are not picky then stay here. If you are picky and want more western standards, then stay at the other western hotels further away.

No Internet during my stay of 6 nights

Posted Aug 18, 2016
Pros: Rooms size, room cleanliness, food quality
Cons: Better service and well behaved front office people who take responsibility of a given situation and have backup solutions which dont bother custmr
Accommodation: 4th August to 10 August ( 6 nights) Issue 1 : Day one i enter the hotel and the front office person says your package does not include complementary breakfast, then i had to show the email sent by expedia, day two i go for breakfast and they say your breakfast is paid and not complementary so again i had to mail them the mail sent by expedia. i have mailed the hotel same set of mails 3 times and then they rectify Issue 2: Day one i enter and they give me my login and password for my internet access, i try connecting it say error and then a staff from the hotel arrives and testes all probabilities and tell there is some fault with the wi-fi router and i can use LAN on connecting to LAN i do not get internet, so requested for a room change where i can get internet for which they dint agree and gave me false promise of getting the issue sorted by end of day two. third day it worked for 12 hours and then the same problem of internet not connecting on enquiring with the hotel administration they told me they have issues with the service provider and dint have internet access in my entire stay of 6 days Requesting Expedia and their team to do a good quality audit before recommending any hotels to their customers which will help customers form such humiliation and i dint expect such thing form a company like Expedia which is one of the worlds preferred websites for hotel booking

Small rooms but good location

Posted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels
Spent a night at the Park Inn. The rooms are very small, and the breakfast is just about OK. It is a small hotel but located in the heart of the city, very close to the railway station.
