Very nice hotel, staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. Check in and out, again very welcoming and professional. There was a bit of an issue with noise in the pool and terrace areas from the works to the air conditioning coolers, but the staff were on the case immediately to get it stopped during breakfast time. Could have been a problem though had we wanted to relax round the pool during the day. Overall we were very impressed by the staff and service, this was our last of 4 hotel stays in India, and by far the best.
