Huge Disappointment

Location: Across the street from rail line and metro line. Very noisy. Need a vehicle to get to other businesses.
We booked this hotel because of its high rating on trip advisor (4.5 stars), but we were very disappointed in what we got. The hotel internet description said the hotel provided robes and slippers, offered washers and dryers, and a coffee shop/bakery, however none of these things were actually available. When we inquired about using a washer and dryer, we were laughed at by staff. The room was very dirty. The wallpaper was water damaged and peeling off the wall, the window was loose and looked like it was about to fall out of the casing, and the mattress and pillows had a fetid smell. When we requested new pillows staff were sent to our room with clean pillow cases, but the stained and dirty pillows remained. The concierge was friendly and helpful, but the other desk staff were impolite and rude. The kitchen and wait staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were very friendly and made certain we were happy with our meals. The desk staff could learn from the restaurant. The hotel is located on a busy road with the rail line across the street and the city metro line running above the rail line. With a window that would not latch the noise was very loud. Additionally the AC did not work really well and it spewed a terrible smell. This level of fifth and decay goes beyond housekeeping. These issues are management problems. Overall the rude desk staff was only out done by the filth and terrible smell. I would not recommend this room to others.

Good location, poor everything else

Check in was fast and easy, the hotel was walking distance from the train station. We arrived late in the evening and therefore ordered room service. The food was very poor. The rice came 10mins after the rest of the food and arrived cold. The showered flooded and there was evidence of previous water damage. The TV has many channels but unfortunately there were no English language/news channels. The available ones had a code which no one knew. How bedding had stains on them, maybe some ink or dye? (See picture). The bedding had a strong quite unpleasant smell to it but we were only there for a very short time so didn't want to complain to get it changed.

Average Hotel close to Railway station

Pros: - Good Food. - Supportive Staff
Cons: - Please mend the bathrooms. They literally clog water and makes the bathroom dirty. - There is not enough lights in the bathrooms either.
Location: Nothing nearby. Hire an Auto and explore the city.
Overall an okay kind of Hotel except a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The Hotel is not so big as it looks in the pictures on their website. The swimming pool is much smaller than it looks in in the picture. Its good if you are visiting Jaipur and just need a place to crash.

Worth it ! Nice hotel to visit , with good hospitality services , cooperating staff. Food was too tempting . Specially the breakfast with so much varieties. Visting again is worth it.

a few days in Jaipur

the hotel is well located near the metro and train station. if you need to get a taxi do it through the hotel otherwise you will pay more than expected

Close to Jaipur railway, metro train and sightseeing. Very curtious staff. Welcome staff, live music, good clean rooms, great food. enjoyed my stay at Jaipur. Highly recommend this place.
