Poor reception.

Checked in 3pm, room not ready although payment was taken immediately. No welcome drink. Finally taken to a room with twin beds, I'd requested a double bed. After discussion with manager eventually given the room I'd booked but again had to wait while housekeeping serviced it. Air con was broken and couldn't be turned off. Robust exchange of views in the bar in the evening when told I must pay for drinks rather than sign and pay on checkout despite signing for room service earlier. Generally the hotel is good, the rooms are big and the bed was comfortable but they need to get the little details right and understand the guest comes first. We stayed three nights.

A Fantastic Hotel with great amenities

Home away from Home is the simplest way to describe our stay at Vesta Maurya Palace in Jaipur. Every person and member of staff was keen to help us make our stay enjoyable. The experience from check in to check out was excellent. The room service when required and quality of food and the pricing was spot on and very comparable. It has been more than a month since our visit to Jaipur and I still distinctly remember the names of every person who served us during our stay in Vesta Maurya. Mr. Umrao in charge of house keeping was excellent, and never gave us any chance to complain. My elderly parents were catered to at the table when we went down for the buffet by Mr. Rakesh and team. The entire stay was pleasurable all staff were very professional. The demeanor of the staff is what made Vesta Maurya even more special. Overall our trip to Jaipur was very memorable and the stay at Vesta Maurya Palace was one of the many highlights.

Simply Disappointing

In Any 3 Star or 4 Star Category - Do you have to request everyday to turn on the Hot water lol :) we were facing this everyday , No SPA , No Gym , No proper facilities which a 3 star or 4 star category should have ... Staff is excellent but i don't think they have been given that liberty to make this place better for people staying... Every single day they have a conference & this makes life difficult for people staying in the hotel... Lift is only 1 for the guests , Restaurant is full in the mornings during breakfast... This is my view during my 10 day stay your view might be different but must say staff is good...

Dear Sir, We are sorry we could not meet your expectations. To clarify, we offer 24 hours hot and cold water. Our hotel does not have a gymnasium or spa however we do offer all our guests to use the gymnasium at our sister hotel Vesta International which is located 10 minutes away. We have a swimming pool on the roof top with amazing views of Jaipur city. Being a corporate hotel and well located in the city, we offer various MICE opportunities and are well recognized among the corporate clientelle of the city. This said, all our banqueting and conference facilities are in the basement, lobby level and the first floor. Our rooms only start from the second floor hence we are able to maintain guest privacy and a quiet environment for all in house guests. We thank you for your positive comments regarding staff. stay at jaipur

We were forced to pay INR 3,000 for mandatory joining the new year eve in the hotel otherwise hotel staff asked us not to check into the Hotel. The food was miserable.

Excellent place to stay in Jaipur

Excellent paintings in reception hall, nice/clean rooms. Everything was perfect except the toilet flushing was not functioning well. Just outside the hotel area was not great but very close to M I Road, nice street for a walk.
