The pool is under renovation and they didnt told in website before...we just leave in crowne plaza to take swimming for my family

Strategic place to move within Jakarta but...

I've stayed at this hotel 10 years ago. Last weekend..I wet back to stay here. Staff are all very friendly as usual..unfortunately this hotel in dire need to refurbish their hotel room including bed, TV and bathroom..it's still using a boxy TV with poor reception..toilet and bathtub need to be changed urgently..it's ts still working but you feel that you are living in the 80s

Room facilities should be check and to be replace professionally & not fit unprofessionally. Things like, bulbs, toilet phone hook, shower heater not working properly as the tape control is not function well. When call the repairman & they don't repair it properly & professionally. Hence, it still not working well. I took 3-4 rooms with friends & quite embarrassing as paying rate for the class which is consider high.

Hotel old and room dated

Hotel is old and still using old CRT TV. Room has sort of a stale smell. Location is near mall so its convenient.

Cons: Please check the contract well.
Though I reserved the non-smoking room, but I was let in the smoking room. Because I can not speek English well, I could not ask the hotel clark to change the room. And tap water was brown by rust. Too bad.
