Decent hotel and great rooms. Nice and clean as you expect from the hotel. Central area and there is a construction site right opposite.

It's my favourite go to place in Jakarta. Good sized rooms, super clean, breakfast spread is very elaborate. Try their bakery items in breakfast, it's a must. Good gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam it's just amazing.The staff is very polite, helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

My group arrive at the hotel at 4.30 pm and was offer all smoking rooms and no non smoking rooms are available at 4.30 pm. Had to wait another 30 mins to check in and then was given a smoking room by mistake. I have to go back there to request again for non smoking room.

One of my favourite hotels in Jakarta. Lovely rooms a d great facilities like swimming pool and gym.
Service, as always, was first class. I hurt my back and was struggling to walk for a few days but all the staff looked after me really well and ensured I had everything I needed to be comfortable!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The Hotel is very secured with security personnel greeting you at the door. All of their services are unmatched. and there is a hypermarket across the street that has everything you will need. Amazing.. I will definetly book here again

The place is nice and clean. The only dissatisfaction I have is the buffet breakfast is not staying hot enough particularly the soups. The fruits should stay cold- on ice.

Downgraded & No Compensation
Overall, we are unhappy because our room got downgraded because they don't have anymore room that is non-smoking deluxe room. I am pregnant so non-smoking room will not be an option! They run out of most rooms even though we have BOOKED our hotel days before, can't refund the difference, and will only compensate us with breakfast (which not worth the money)... So what if they are clean and have good service if we didn't get what we paid for??? Husband was unhappy, my family was unhappy, and I am unhappy too. Never ever again.

Staff couldn’t link my 2 bookings. I had to check in twice and get keys twice.
