Close to shopping mall

Pros: Cleanliness and large rooms.
Cons: None
Location: As mentioned above, Kota Kasablanca shopping mall is a fantastic place to visit and it is only about 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Nice hotel close to Kasanblanca shopping mall. This huge mall is a great place for shopping and food. As for the hotel, the room is quite and value for money. Reasonably fast internet. Will stay here again if I am back to Jakarta again.

I remembered that the restaurant was closed at around 10pm and I came to the restaurant trying to order the dessert and drink, the staff take the order politely and telling me that able to prepare the dessert for me even though the kitchen is closed. I am so touching . Great service and great staying experience.

Great Stay

This was my first time visiting Indonesia. My stay at the Harris was a great experience. The staff was very tentative and friendly, the room was very accommodating and clean. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food that was enjoyable. For my next visit I plan on staying there again, and it was very affordable.

Poor value for money, nightmare cleaners and no e

PROS: - Modern and aircon works well -Comfortable bed and pillows CONS: -located on a street with very bad traffic jams - Sheets were dirty with brown marks and blood on 2 separate days! -Cleaners stole my boxer shorts mistakenly as they were on my bed. No apology from them. -Most staff including reception speak no or very very little poor english -Very long checkin time, no acknowledgement and nonsmiling unfriendly staff -Safe had flat batteries which risked my valuables being locked in -Cleaning failed to refresh shampoo soap etc every day and did it first day out of 8 day stay! -Cleaners knock on door 8am to ask for laundry even with do not disturb sign - reception ignored my requests and calls to fix problems mentioned above as id tell them and they said ok. then 2 day later problems still not fixed -freezer section in fridge failing and did not freeze ice cubes to use for drinks -drinks and food in hotel bar incredibly overpriced and happy hour only covered cheap beer not cocktails -Internet was too slow to stream videos or music. VERY SLOW. -Carpark extortion so hotel charges you 5000k every time your taxi or ride enters just to pick you up. What a joke!

저렴한 비지니스호텔

저렴한 비지니스호텔입니다. 무리하게 컨셉을 오렌지로 잡아서 로비 식당 할것없이 룸까지 온갖 오렌지색에다 인공오렌지향 방향제를 과하게 사용하네요. 조식도 그저그렇고 런치와 디너 매뉴가 비싸고 질은 낫네요. 룸컨디션은 좋았습니다만 다음엔 다른 곳을 이용하겠습니다.

静かで落ち着ける部屋

Pros: 部屋の壁が真っ白で気持ち良かったです。 ドアから廊下の音は響いてしまうのですが、部屋の壁はしっかりしているのか、となりの部屋の音が全く気にならず、とても落ち着いて過ごせました。 また、ベッドに加えてセミシングルのソファベッドがあって、ちょっとした休憩や荷物の整理にとても重宝しました。
初めて利用しましたが、気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフも割と愛想いい方かな、と思いました。 ホテル全体的にきれいでした。
