Our "go to" in Jakarta, Indonesia

Pros: The staff, rooms, service, restaurants, pool, and the price.
Cons: We are always happy with our overall experiences.
Location: Close to the airport, Malls in the surrounding area, Golf courses not far, and many other places and sites of interest.
This is our place to stay when we arrive in Indonesia for our yearly Indonesian visit and our place to stay as we prepare to depart. The staff is awesome especially Manda (front desk), Toto, Rizal, Kukuh (restaurant), and the guys that take our luggage from the taxi and deliver the luggage to our room. The price is always perfect, including breakfast. There is an affordable buffet for breakfast and dinner with items for everyone no matter where they come from. The pool area is great and charming. The distance is perfect from Soekarno Hatta Int. Airport; about a 1/2 hour to 45 minute taxi ride at about 101,000 rp. If you are looking for a resort, this is not your place. If, however, you are visiting friends/relatives, there for business or wanting to see the sights, sounds, and offerings of Jakarta, then the Ibis Slipi is a great place and value.

need to improve the breakfast coffee at least.

Pros: nothing really like , just because it is simple, but breakfast coffee sucks.
Cons: breakfast sucks, I think better cancel the buffet if IBIS doesn't want customers eat too much , but , Please provide Average COFFEE at least.
Location: Location is not really good, most of the average hotel in jakarta has walk-distance mall, but for this hotel is not. You have to take taxi out.
breakfast sucks, please improve the coffee at least. do not live under 12 floors and front side otherwise you will hear the noise all day. the good thing is there is a refrigerator functioning so you can use it. no carpet in room so it is more clean. room is small , for single business like me is ok . wifi works but not always. staffs are ok most of the time.

Don't visit until refurb complete.

As usual clean and cheap and cheerful. And staff always helpful. But quality down due to loss of restaurant during refurb and food in remaing restaurant not as good as before. Breakfast especially poor.

Need to fix the WiFi!

Pros: The price is reasonable.
Cons: The hotel must fix the WiFi/internet connection.
Had to cut my stay short because the hotel wifi and internet access weren't working. Front desk promised to have it fixed, but 30 minutes later nothing was done. Had to book another hotel for the night.

So, our Wi-Fi is going through a major overhaul at the moment as we are installing a brand new fiber optic network for our guests which will remain free as it has been since 2009. This connection will provide a stable and quality connection for all our guests and we are currently devising a premium plan for connection speeds of up to 10MB per guest. We will also be installing brand new access points so we will have more than 180 access points throughout the hotel to guarantee we will provide the best free Wi-Fi service in Jakarta! More news on this will be shared at a later date. However just to let you know that we need another month or so for full installment to take place. Reception wasnt very friendly

Pros: The bathroom is descent size and clean.
Cons: Friendliness of the staff (reception)
Especially during night time when you need helps. Toilet was easy to get blocked. Room is too small even for only 2 people

Pros: Very clean and well kept. Very efficient and helpful reception desk staff
Enjoyed afternoon conversations around the pool with my adult children. Great selection of food.

Ibis Slipi

I could find little to complan about with this hotel, it was good value for money, the desk staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast buffet offered enough choice for all manners of travellers. The rooms were not large but well enough appointed and the bed was comfortable. I can't comment on the surrounding area as we used it simply as an overnighter on the way elsewhere. I'd go back without any qualms.

Pros: 無難にきれいだし、設備も不便でないし、問題ないところがグッド。
Cons: 空港からの行き方を詳しく解説したホームページが必要。
Location: 周辺は危険なエリアに思われますので、街までの移動はタクシーを利用ください。
場所がはっきりわからないまま予約しましたが、、空港からタクシーを利用する場合は非常に良い場所と思います。街へ出るにもタクシーなら近いです。 周りには何もないのが残念ですが、レストランもあるし別に困らないです。

Pros: スタッフの対応。部屋の清潔さ。特に床が絨毯ではなくフローリングというところ。
Location: 空港には近いので渋滞にまきこまれず便利です。観光、ショッピングにはちょっと不便かも。
フロントの対応もいいし、部屋のゴミがちゃんと処理されてなかったのですが、電話したらすぐにきれいにしてくれました。今回は道路に面した部屋でなかったので静かでよかったです。

手ごろな値段のビジネスホテル

Pros: 値段、清潔さ
何回か使ってますが、部屋もきれいだし手ごろな値段で安心して泊まれるホテルだと思います。中心部からはちょっと遠いいですが、空港へはわりと近くて便利です。
