Front desk is rather inefficient, one person attending to guests most of the time.
Internet connection is bad- stayed on the 2nd floor, needs to open the door to get a weak conection, ended up in the passage way to send out my emails.
Room is not big, 2 single beds and you hardly have space to move around.
Showers- floor is sloped the other way and the water collects and it is always "flooded" after a shower.
Location is really bad, although there are the local pushcart kind of stalls selling drinks and stuff.
Breakfast, basic stuff.
Hotel is in Central area and this is always a congested place to go to, although you can pretty much say the same for the rest of Jakarta.
