Great hotel experience!

Pros: Friendly staff, nice ambience, clean rooms, everything kept in good working order
Location: Great family shopping next door, food and Cineplex to catch the latest blockbusters.
Excellent location with essential amenities within walking distance....food, shopping, all available at one convenient location.

Nice hotel close to shopping malls

Pros: It is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Traffic is atrocious! Had bad experience of 3 hours journey when it could have been taken only 20 minutes!
Location: Shopping malls and eateries are in close proximity, very convenience.
Love this hotel. It has comfy room and nice scent.

Again disappointed by Pullman

Arrived to check in to my prepaid room. I was informed all rooms are full. No further explanation. They offered me to change and have a shower at the spa area until they could find an available room. Advised me to wait for one hour while they tried to find us a room. Came back after one hour no room ready. After arguing they agreed to upgrade me. Upgrade looked same as the room I booked. Questioned them and no follow up or reply. House keeping always forgot to clean up the room, called when I returned at 6pm to remind them to clean. When check out they claimed I ate half of the minibar, I never used. Every time I called the concierge none of them spoke English, only Bahasa. Every time I called the "one touch customer service" number, it always rang out or had a busy tone as if they had hung up on me. Again Pullman 5 out of 5 stars for poor service and training of your staff.

I would like to deeply apologize for the shortfalls that occurred which seem to have started from the arrival day. I highly understand your disappointment for the arrangement of the room which did not match your initial request and the waiting time we required until we took care the replacement. I also noted about the lapses from our Housekeeping Team to not make up the room and from the In – Room Dining Team to wrongfully charged you with the Minibar. I am extremely regretful for the seems to be lack of service standard from our Concierge Team and “One Touch Customer Service” Team while attending to your calls. I have immediately relayed the elements of your experience to the Department Head concerned for immediate improvement At Pullman Jakarta Central Park, it is our aim to always provide an exceptional experience for every customer; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. タクシーで来るときは注意が必要

Pros: 空港に近く早朝のフライトでも安心。 シルバーバードタクシーが常駐しており、早朝4時に利用した際は高速料込みで空港まで21万ルピアだった。
Cons: 特に無いけど、頭にリンゴを乗せて縄跳びをしているフィギュアが…。
Location: 隣はセントラルパーク、ビル伝いに行けばタマンアングレックがあり、食事や買い物には困らない。
タクシーで来るときには、行き先がジャラン・タムリンのプルマンジャカルタではないことを繰り返し確認する必要がある。 空港からシルバーバードに乗ったとき、ドライバーに予約確認表を見せて、口頭でセントラルパークのプルマンであることを確認したにもかかわらず間違えてタムリンのプルマンに向かった。 途中で気付いて引き換えさせたが、そのせいで料金が10万ルピアくらい上がった。 到着後ホテルマンを間に入れて、こちらが散々怒ってようやく3万ルピアの値引。 ホテルは悪くないが、くれぐれもタクシーで来るときには注意が必要である。

Good hotel.

Only an overnight in transit from job site to home. Glad I had access to the executive lounge so I didn't need to search for a restaurant for dinner or breakfast.
