Hotel with good location

Overall Verdict. Value for money given its location. Pros: Location is its strongest point; close to central Jakarta for business and/or government meeting locations. Opposite the hotel is a mall. Service: staff try their best to be polite and accommodate your needs. Food: great buffet selection for breakfast. Local Indonesian, Chinese, Western, Japanese. Freshly baked bread from bakery Areas to improve: Soundproofing can be improved. Some reviewers mentioned doors are not so soundproof and I tend to agree. I stayed in the Deluxe room, supposedly to be better. Yet I can easily hear noises from the corridor of others talking, opening their doors, coughing. Not muffled noises but quite loud. Sana Sini restaurant is closed at certain times like 11am and does not offer ala carte menu for lunch, only buffet. The Le Chocolat lounge can be improved to have tables with proper height for dining on one side while the other side offer coffee table seating. Hard to eat and entertain business guests with coffee table style seating.

Excellent stay on business for more than a week in Jakarta. Loved the hotel, very well looked after by all staff from the restaurant to the front desk. Lots of specific requests for help with travel and where to go were dealt with very efficiently and effectively. Would recommend in the strongest terms.

Location: Nearby is good for shopping
The Staff is very helpful and friendly, taxi service is easy to from the hotel.

Small rooms but sound proof and comfortable

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Service in the bar area. Menu for the bar food.
Location: Very close to a lot of shopping centres
Hotel was ok. Cheaper than other 5 star hotels in the area though! Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The bar service was incredibly slow. We would wait 30-60 minutes for food and drinks. Bathrooms had a shower over the bath - and it was quite a steep climb to get in and out.

Its a nice and friendly hotel . However the rooms are small and bathrooms much to small for me , I like space

I have made the reservation via Hotels.com. I booked and paid an executive room with breakfast but at the hotel the check in officer informed me that I cannot have breakfast due to my reservation via Hotels.com and even the point collection of Accor is not possible. I show them my print out with a clear confirmation of breakfast but still they denied. I was tired after such long distance flight and wasted my time in discussing such issues. I'm wondering now why I have paid such big money without any difference? Conclusion: I will definately not book any more hotel/accommodation via Hotels.com for my Business trips! By the way the room on te executive floor was the money not worth at Pullman in Jakarta!

Excellent Hotel; Superlative Breakfast; Great Loca

Pros: Everything!
Cons: I usually have a couple of ideas about things to improve, but I honestly can't think of anything.
Location: I didn't have time to explore much, but I believe it is close to other attractions. Taxis are readily available and cheap
The hotel and staff were extremely professional; they were always friendly and even remembered my name. The breakfast bar(s) had the most amazing offerings in a huge variety of ethnic and western foods. My room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distances of a traditional mall and a mall offering local Indonesian goods at very cheap prices. The pool and exercise room were very nice and well-equipped.
