Pros: Das Personal war wirklich toll!
Cons: Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer insbesondere der Bäder.
Location: In der Nähe vom Kasablanka Einkaufszentrum
Es gibt halt diese Hotels, bei welchen die Macht der Bilder einem einen schönen Aufenthalt versprechen... Hier wurde es aber leider zu stark übertrieben. Die Realität liegt weit von der Ankündigung entfernt. Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer "Suite" war abgewohnt, muffig und leider dreckig. Angefangen von den Ecken der Fenster, der kaum nutzbaren Badewanne bis zur dreckigen Bettüberdecke. Und da hört es bei uns definitv auf... Wir sind vieles weltweit gewohnt, aber für den Preis geht das so nicht!

旅慣れた人用。長期滞在型サービスアパートメントのため、通常のホテル環境を期待してもがっかりする。テニスコートが3面あることと、ショッピングセンターまで徒歩で行けることがメリット。

This residence is bery good for a travel who is looking for a comfy, home away from home. You can feel you are at other home. I really love the swimming pool.

Need more utilities in the kitchen but as security reason we understand that home stayers will steal the the utensils. Maintenance of the water, electrical and Air-con services should be improvise due to loads of high volume of disturbances.

サービスアパートと言っても掃除は適当、タオルや水の供給忘れは日常的です。最初はフロントに苦情を言ってましたが毎日だと面倒になり、我慢して過ごすことも多くありました。また、ホームページには表示されていないにもかかわらずデポジットと評して1,000,000IDRを宿泊料金を前払しているのに徴収されるシステムにはビックリしました。 せめて予約時に案内があるようにでこないももでしょか?
