Highly Recommend for visiting Jakarta.
I would definetly come back. Even though the location at south jakarta, you have access to go around DKI jakarta with ease. Big shopping mall within the walking distance. The apartement also have groceries stores. The park are kids friendly. The pool is amazing. I would recommend this apartement to my friends and families visiting jakarta. What amazes me is this apartement provide HIGH security. I feel very safe being in this apartement. The staffs are very friendly and answer all my questions. Very respectfully towards guests. 5/5 stars for a traveler like me.

Not worth effort to stay here, they are racist,
When i was checking in, the front desk asked me for my recent Covid test, I managed to get that, but it was not told to me in advance, that I needed one. While I was waiting to check in, the another lady was checking in next to me, and she was not asked for a Covid negative report. Why? Also for the deposit, I was asked for deposit, while that other lady was not asked for one, why? I had asked for a smoking room, they said it’s not available after confirmed, however they said they will open the balcony window, it took 5 visits from the housekeeping, and they still couldn’t open the window, so I had to ask them to stop, cause it was getting annoying, to have people continually walking in and out of my room to find the right key or the person with the right key to open this balcony window, so they basically couldn’t deliver on that as well

Property has complete kitchen and laundry machine, however property seems old, some stuff need to be fixed or replaced such as bathtub shower and windows, and windows insulation need to be repaired, noise from outside are entering into the property due to poor insulation.

There were 4 of us in a 3 bedroom apartment. We were there for a big seminar next day and when we checked in about 5pm we asked for a hair dryer and there was none. All 15 hair driers in the building were out and we continuously requested everyday and we never saw one til we checked out 5 nights later. Shower head had water squirtingt in all directions even after changing it.

Quality time with mum has never been this easy.
Good place to stay if you want a quiet place. Close to CBD, next to Casablanca. Mum is paralysed. So, this place is definitely a number one on my list Self-contained.

very huge room easy to get uber walking distance to casablanca mall for food very old room and a little smell. nice view from balcony but balcony is dirty towels have stains and when we ask for extra towels they want the existing towels right away. they have a weird inventory system at check in. overall for a short shopping trip it was great

The kitchen should have more appliance such as electric kettle for boiling water like any other hotels did for convenience purpose. Not many people likes to use the gas. Its safer to have electric appliance. But so far so good for a short stay close to the office I had to go to on this trip.

Good and Comfortable stay
Good and comfortable. The apartment is very good and spacious with most amenities available. Only two issues: 1. There is a cemetery right around the apartment which gets a bit spooky. Luckily for me, this time around, I got a decent city view and only a partial view of the cemetery 2. The kitchen utensils lack some basic stuff like cups for coffee and a big vessel for cooking rice. I am a vegetarian and have issues with outside food and would like to make some basic dinner at the apartment. This is one of the reasons why I stay in an apartment vs a hotel. This is one area where they could improve

3 bedroom serviced apartment
The 3 bedroom apartment was roomy, with a kitchen and laundry facilities. We wanted to do some cooking. However, the kitchen had very minimal dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. When we called to ask to borrow a wok and a hot pot, we were told we would have to rent them. We thought that the kitchen should be fully usable (free on request if necessary), but it was not.

The Hotel
Need more utilities in the kitchen but as security reason we understand that home stayers will steal the the utensils. Maintenance of the water, electrical and Air-con services should be improvise due to loads of high volume of disturbances.

Nice place to stay - near the malls
We wanted to be transferred to a "newer" units as soon as we arrived. Furnitures and all-over look and feel of the apartment is quite old. There are mildews in the bath tub and in the bathroom (black stains all over) and it feels uncomfortable taking a bath because it looks dirty. The flush is broken and it wasn't fixed even if the maintenance came there several times. The bathtub's sink is clogged and it takes a very long time before the water subsides. It kept raining when we were there and they had a black-out in all the buildings! Our 2-yr old daughter kept crying because it is very hot and I just opened the window in our bedroom so air can get in. I called frontdesk and they said that utility is working on it but will take time. No generator!

Y the long wait during check in the reason the staff say was due to renovation n so does wen leaving our luggage its seem there no security nor service for it coz no tag was given to us for the left luggage n the staff at puri casablanca will not be responsible for any loss of baggage... this is bad
