Quiet location, good staff but bad breakfast...

Check in process was quick, consider we checked in quite late in the evening.
Although the room was for 5 persons, housekeeping seemed to forget about it and always provided amenities and towels for four. However, housekeeping attitudes was excellent and helpful.
Out apartment was spacious and completely equipped, though it can still be improved with better layout to minimise unused space.
Bed and pillow was uncomfortable. I hurt my neck and back all nights.
Breakfast was terrible...! We were provided meals for sahur from 11pm, but they were tasteless. Breakfast in the cafe had very limited options and amount. It seems the management failed to plan how to serve high number of guests given the small seating capacity and speed to refill the meals. Not to mention the cafe waiters, which dressed too casually and the men's attires didn't well represent the reputation of the hotel.
Other than the cafe, I found all other staffs hospitality and manners to be up to the standard expected.

Your comments about meals and restaurant will be communicated to our vendor. Our restaurant and breakfast is managed separately under 3rd party management. However it is our responsibility to ensure that they deliver good services and products to all of our guests.
