Many flaws but unexpected interesting features
Lock box is temperamental. Stairs are steep and narrow. Bathroom is not great; shower stall is very small.Recommend an air freshener since bath is next to dining/kitchen. ROKU streaming only and inconvenient to use. Sink in kitchen old and off putting. Still, bedroom was great and mid-century kitchen with other touches charming. In general, we enjoyed the two nights, given the reasonable rate charged.

Nice rooms however the air conditioning units were loud which resulted in our turning them off. Although comfortable and cute the apartment coujd have been cleaned better. The stove was awful. The description of the house said nothing about being on the second floor. I am unable to handle steps comfortably. Leftover condiments were left in the refrigerator.

Very quaint. Lovely bedrooms and living room. Kitchen had old features but useable and clean. Back deck needed to be cleaned and more inviting. An okay place. We would stay there again.

A colorful refuge
The owner put a great deal of effort in to renovating this home to be as good as new. Its a true weekend getaway kind of place, full of comforts and decorative elements. I was pleasantly surprised and I looked forward to returning each night after a day outside.

Great little apartment. I would stay there again.
The apartment was more spacious than the photos portrayed. The owner was very understanding when we were at the wrong house right down the street. (Totally our mistake for not reading the house number. The houses do look very similar and thankfully he owns them both. ) The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The decor was a beautiful tribute to Lucille Ball. The bed was comfortable and the entire place stayed cool with the portable air conditioning units. It was the perfect size for four people to spend a few nights and more than enough space for just my husband and me.

Very well-kept living space and kitchen. Easy to get in and out.
No hassles or problems whatsoever. The living area was laid out very well and it made me feel at home. Would certainly rent this one again.
