Nice hotel close to all activities.

We stayed in room 102 this time and the mattress needs to be replaced as it caved in to the center. All other hotel amenities we're excellent. The breakfast offered a wide selection to choose from.

awesome pool and hot tub (working jets), waterslide, restaurants within walking distance, safe parking lot, rooms werent anything special but the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable

When we arrived and saw our room, I was amazed at our room. When I booked, I just thought we were going to get a regular room, so when I saw the size of the room and the extra room we were blessed with, I felt very relaxed at the thought of staying there with 5 other teenagers. The front desk personnel was extremely nice and helpful and was very prompt when I requested extra items. We brought an extra person and the hotel didn't mind one bit. We were treated with respect and felt very cared for. I really would recommend Quality Inn to anyone. The pool area was a huge hit and things were very neat and clean. Anything extra we asked for we were given without any discussion or delay. Thank you!

Beds not comfortable and sheets felt like they was made of paper. Staff was wonderful!!!

Location: Location was quite good.
The rooms were nice enough and well equipped. Unfortunately, first impressions count and the hotel was dated, and hallways were dirty. As a pet friendly, there was minimal areas to walk a dog, so we went up the hill behind our hotel to exercise the pet. Overall, it was a quiet hotel. Staff was friendly enough. Just could be a lot better with a little more attention.

We have stayed at this place for several years and this is the worse service we have ever had. We had stuff stolen from the room, which some of it was returned after reporting it.......Are room was not cleaned two days in a row the first day, I over looked it. I realize things come up things happen, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels and wash rags they didn't even offer to bring them to us. The second day when the room wasn't cleaned I complained and when I returned to my room the covers were literally thrown up over the bed, pillows on floor and trash not even dumped....very upset.... checked out that day and complained to the manage and he said since I booked on line I would have to call them for any refund....very upset and don't think I will go back!!!

Great place to stay

the room was very clean- large screen TV for viewing- very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs- excellent breakfast with a variety of choices- clean and spacious eating area- liked the atmosphere of the pub and enjoyed our dinner- Next time we pass through Jamestown we will stay there again- Would highly recommend staying there
