I tried to check in to the hotel around 3:00pm. Waited in the front lobby for 15 minutes. 2 people approached me. One said she would be right back and the other one stated he could not check me in because he was not technically working. Lobby area was dark and had terribly dirty chairs. I felt unsafe and decided that I would not stay there.

We've stayed at the facility many times over the past few years, my grandkids like the pool and we've had a pretty decent experience over all, however, this last stay was terrible. Some one had either dumped sand in the pool or swam covered in sand. there was a sand all over the bottom of the pool. The pool area was dirty and there were no pool towels. There were state tournaments in Jamestown that weekend so the facility was fully booked. There were kids Running and yelling through the hallways, banging against the walls and room doors until about 1:00 am. There were no parents or chaperones to be found. There was one young (20 something) manager on duty who didn't have a clue how to manage the situation. It was terrible. We had two young kids with us and they kept getting woken up by all the racket. The kids were asked to stop, I went to the front desk to ask for help but the kid on duty didn't know what to do, the whole lobby was full of noisy kids with the adults in the bar. There were several others there not associated with the tournament who complained about the noise and disruptive guests. I didn't think of it at the time or I would have called the police--that's how disruptive it was. I will be checking before I book next time to see what's going on there and if the pool is clean. I will also call the police if the facility can't manage their own guests.

We had a second floor suite with a balcony. Was lovely, however the balcony door had no lock. Freely opened from both inside and outside. Would feel much more comfortable given the option to lock it from the inside.

Hotel was older but nice. Remodeled I'd say. Reserved so kids could swim. Hot tub was broke. Breakfast was good. Mattresses uncomfortable, probably old I'm thinking. Nice lobby. Good price.

Checked in late Friday 10/13. Guy at front desk charged my credit card twice. Flagged for fraud by credit card company. Get to room 241 and bathroom sink clogged. Tvs didn’t work as no signal for the cable. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again. 189.99 for a clogged sink. No tv or amenities. Ask for roll away. Never received.

They didn’t have room ready at check in time waited an hour then got sent to an uncleaned room—twice. manager was in the hallway and found us a clean room. Staff was apologetic and seemed to try to correct problems. Very noisy late into evening. Tv in room didn’t work, most stations were scrambled. 2kids with and Disney channels wouldn’t come in clearly. Too late in the evening to do anything and checked out earlier in the morning, so I didn’t notify staff about the tv problem. We’ve stayed here several times when we visit our granddaughter this was not a good experience. Disappointed.

The hotel itself is fine and I would stay there again. The bed was comfy and the room was reasonably clean. The outside doesn’t look great so don’t judge the book by it’s cover. My issues were that the hallways were very dim and smelled of smoke. The outdoor entries had cigarette butts everywhere. There is a great grassy courtyard space where I was able to run my dog, but there was a lot of dog poop left on the ground. I would suggest they add some bag stations and trash cans. The lawn is great and I appreciated having a space to run the dog, but there was nowhere to throw away the mess bags.

The staff doesn’t know anything about the legal parking options. The list of channels, half the channels are not available. Went to the desk three times about the Wi-Fi, never got it resolved no Wi-Fi. It does work for the staff however.

Nice place. Easy check-in. We picked this place for the breakfast and the water park. Well, it's not exactly a waterpark, but it does have a cool water slide. The water temp was pleasing, the hot tub was a bit dirty. The restaurant in the building was actually a bar, so our granddaughter was not allowed. We were able to order pizza and beverages and eat them in the breakfast room/ lounge. The usual breakfast is a 4 option hot breakfast. You make your choice, call it in to an extension and it's ready when you come down. But, the cook called in sick, so it was the usual waffles or cold cereal that day.
