Don't judge by the outside which looks a bit tired. Room was clean and in beautiful condition. Don't use GPS to find it unless you key in the address. Google led us all over before we finally found it

We had no hot water in our bathroom sink. We had to wash our face in the bathtub. That was the only place there was hot water confusion at the front desk of how much I was going to pay our door does not latch so we had to use all the locks and when we tried to get in, we could hardly move the door, I would never recommend this place

The staff at this location were welcoming and great to deal with. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The hotels breakfast was minimalistic, but everything else about the hotel is a great value for someone looking for low rate while passing through town.

Nicky, at reception, was very kind and friendly as we checked it. She was polite and greeted us with enthusiasm which at times is a rare occurrence these days. Free Breakfast is much better than the one at the Super 8 in Bismark. We travel with our dog and so we seek out Hotels with pet option. Staff friendly and helpful to both us and the dog. Very clean, fresh rooms and comfortable beds.

Arrived to check in, was handed paperwork to sign, after my paperwork was signed I was then informed that we were being moved to the hotel next door which was owned by the same people because they had overbooked. I was then told “So at least you have a room.” My room was already paid for. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of “but we’re doing you a favor.”

Ok motel for the price. The lock handle was hard to open, broken pieces. The refrigerator didn't seem to work. Didn't get cold at all, Compressor in back was hot but no cold inside fridge.

Well let's start by discussing the either bugs in the bed or mouse poo. And the pubic hair on pillows. Bathtub was moldy, pee stained toilet seat and showers for people only under 5'2". One positive thing they do allow dogs, but even our dog didn't want to stay. Front office people where not helpful in anyway possible and overall I will never recommend this to anyone ever.

Ah it was clean but for the cash I would stay else
The hotel has been recently repainted ect. It was a clean room but many things in need of repair. Bath moisture fan was badly in need of a cleaning. The tub shower was missing a Handel so u could not adjust the temp.

Booked room online and a few hours later pulled into town and went to check in. It was 8:30 pm and was asked if I needed the king suite I booked. I said yes thta what I reserved and paid for. I was informed that they didn't have any king rooms available they were all booked. And then was told I could get 2 queen room. But it wasn't ready! It was getting cleaned as we spoke. So since other places were all booked I said ok. We went and ate and waited for the phone call, exhausted and ready to sleep 2 hours later we went back as we never received a call. Upon returning, we were told that one of the maids cleaned a king suite for us and we got the room we had already paid for? I was confused as to how they were all booked a few hours prior to one was available for us. But we were tired and just went to our room. The whole hallway smelled like weed and our room even though just clean smelled horrible. Carpets were all stained and nasty and the bed sheets were sticky and muggy. Air conditioner didn't work and overall it was a horrible mistake. We travel a lot and never have complaints as stuff happens. But this place needs help and cleaned up and taken care of.

No employees to be found!!!
The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found during breakfast hours and no other employee was on site! Because of this the food ran out and we couldn’t properly check out. We tried calling all sorts of numbers to try to let the Hotel chain know of the problem, even headquarters, and were unable to reach anyone who could help except to “file a complaint.” So frustrating for so many clients. So glad there wasn’t an emergency.

We went to check in a little after 3pm and we were informed that our room was NOT ready because they haven’t cleaned it yet … nor were they even in the process of cleaning it..and we agreed to come back in a hour We came back a little over a hour later and our room was still NOT ready … they were still cleaning it … we got no apologies or no time frame how long it would take .. We waited over a hour longer before being told that they were finishing our room … In the process they tried booking someone else to share our room while we were standing right there …After about 2 & half hours past check in time and waiting .. we were able to get our room … We drove all day , we were tired and wanted our room and not have to go drive around a town we are not from or hang out in the hotel lobby …we also did not receive any discounts or compensation for the wait …

Good sleeping accommodations for a good price. Breakfast was a bust--no coffee, toaster wasn't working, no juice. Basically, no breakfast. Who runs out of coffee?

Normally , our breakfast is great. We have great coffee, and I have not heard of us running out of coffee before. I am truly sorry, you were unable to have coffee. We do have coffee pods in every room to have coffee. We also have pancakes, breakfast bagels, fruit, yogurt,, 2 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, white and wheat bread for toasting, jelly, peanut butter, etc. I am so sorry you weren't able to try our delicious breakfast items. The gentleman who I believe was the owner, helped us with our luggage, and we had lots of it as my husband in on oxygen and was not able to carry it himself! He even helped us to load our van when we left! Super service!
