“Just a great cozy, rustic cabin on the river, hot tub was amazing, got some snow and watching fall was so relaxing. Great escape for me, my wife and our dog, close enough to Estes if you need anything but not too close where you see and hear everyone. The only issues for us were the water pressure in the bathroom, and in the photos it shows like a K-Cup but when we got there it was a coffee pot, not a deal break just drove up to Ziggis for morning coff, great drive early in the morning and saw……

“Worst VRBO experience we have had. Easy things: dated, uncomfortable furniture with stained cushions. Feels like Brady Bunch house. Crumbs on rug in living room.Dated curtains, 80’s gold bathroom fixtures with missing light bulbs. Dated kitchen appliances with refrigerator that never stops running very loud. Invest in some updated stuff!Smell when you enter hallway common area smells like strong bug killer.Would have been nice to be warned that roof was being worked on. Very loud and dropping……

“Had a wonderful, perfect location, great amenities, and was perfect for two people. Two issues we had though. 1) As a person with sever allergies I had a major allergy attack the first night due to the very fragrant air fresheners. We had to lock the air fresheners away and bring them back out when we left. 2) The wifi was very slow to the point it didn't work. ”
