Do not expect the property to have all the bells and whistles of bigger named hotels, however, it has everything you need for a good night sleep. The front desk clerk was very nice. The property was very quiet and I slept better than I have at other hotels. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay again.

Previous reviews had indicated previous insect issues and odor issues, either by corrective action or new ownership this has been resolved. No noticeable smoking odors and after thoroughly inspecting room found no signs of current insect issues. Only concern was the coffee maker, lime residue. Ran several pots of hot water and resolved. Basic cable. Fairly quiet, no issues with other guests. AC unit good but could use a cleaning, some mold and a bit noisy like a aircraft in the distance. Attended concert at Tall Pines Distillery six miles away and since it was 'off-season' for tubing down the Elk River only lodging accommodation local. Will stay again if required.

I like the hotel but i asked for a one bed with early check in and it wasnt available but they got me in a two bed room which was ok.

Economy roach motel.
Obviously the owners are attempting to upgrade and improve. However, I killed 4 roaches. Where there’s 4, there’s more. I would have moved but I prepaid for 7 nights because it was only 2 miles from granddaughters house. And over Christmas nothing was available close enough. Also, breakfast was minimal. 2 kinds of cereal, a waffle maker, orange juice and coffee. Says don’t take food to room. Now I know why!!! Needs fumigating.

Clean, maintained, quiet. Great stay for the price. Only downside is the building is Smoking/non smoking. You do not notice it in the non smoking rooms because they have individual ac/heat units but you can smell it the moment you walk in the main doors.

This is a nice place for what we were in the area to do. It was literally less than a mile from the storage unit, no more than 5 miles to my family's house, probably 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville so we could make the Saturday farmers market. They were good about housekeeping and kept the room clean and stocked, the vending machines and ice machine were right outside our door, they had a laundry facility and the make your own waffles were delicious!

This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly. You can tell this hotel is trying to clean and improve itself. Breakfast was standard waffle or cereal but clean and well kept.

Smoke smell all over
I paid for 2 nights. Owner said they only had 1 room non smoking that was reserved (not for me). He called someone and said “can I cancel your reservation?”i guess he was hoping I would say I would take the smoking room. Hallways smell like cigarette. Front office smells like cigarette. Late at night guests were arguing. We opened the window to get fresh air. Not a happy experience.

The rooms and hallways were super clean & daily supply of clean towels & coffee. I would have given a 5 star, but the continental breakfast was only carbohydrates, no protein options or fruits afford.

Our toilet was cracked and silicone together but was not leaking. You could smell weed from another room all night and morning. But this is our go to for when we float the river. It is always clean!!

The room was clean enough but it smells horrible in the entire place. I know that Missouri made marijuana legal but for heavens sake, not all of us want to smell that disgusting smell all the time. Find a way to rid the facility of this! Please!

The room was nice, it has all the amenities that are listed on the website. They also have a free breakfast which is simple. It was clean and they left fresh towels each day. The downside for me was all the marijuana smell when you walk down the hall and you can also smell it in your room. They need some way to circulate the air.
