Overall good hotel with decent amenities for the price. Breakfast could be a little better, gone down hill since last year.

Very Clean and Comfortable room

Pros: Close to where we visit our family. Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: Breakfast
Room was large and very clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice, but substandard to other hotels that offer free breakfast. Eggs were like rubber. Great Belgium waffles but no fruit to put on. Offer syrup and whipped cream only. Sausage is turkey sausage. We prefer the real thing. Ate the boxed cereal because it tasted the best.

Very bad Cancelation policy

As hotels go, this is a 3. But the 'no refund' ccellation policy, modeled after the worst airline companies, is horrible! I booked a room a month in advance, a day later I needed to make a minor one-day adjustment. They claimed I could not make any changes, couldn't get a refund, and would need to make a new reservation with 100% loss of my previous reservation. Expedia helped me work it out, after much frustration, but it still ended up costing me $10/nt more as a penalty! And remember this is still moe than 3 weeks in advance! Don't book here until they change their policy!

Pros: Nice, helpful staff.
Cons: Reservation cancellation policy is BOGUS!
Hotel and staff are OK, for the price. But there cancellation policy is UNACCEPTABLE; I booked this hotel over a month in advance, and then a week later wanted to change one day. They pointed out their 'small print' that all reservations are "FINAL" with no "REFUNDS", regardless of how far in advance you make them! I completed to Expedia, and they convinced the hotel to allow the change, but ended up charging me $10/nt extra! For this reason alone, I will never book this hotel again!

Easy to find and get to

From check in to check out, everything was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean inside and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was up to date. No complaints at all.

Good value

We stayed for two days here while in Janesville. It's a little hard to get to but the hotel is very nice for the price. Very clean rooms, comfy bed.

First time I have stayed there. Easy access to highway. Will stay again. The price was reasonable a better value than where I generally stay in Janesville.
