Nice hotel in Janesville

Pros: Staff; easy access to highway; plenty of parking; comfortable room
Location: Plenty of restaurants one exit away

I didn't stay there!

Wehn I got there to check in they said I had no reservation??? I had to move to the Holiday Inn Express.

Subpar for a Hampton

Parking lot was not well lit. Hotel is in need of remodeling. Understaffed. No one at front desk for 10-15 minutes when we arrived. There was a line of 3 guests waiting to check in. Lots of broken tile and trim in the room. In my experience, Hampton has always provided a better product than this.

one night stay

stayed for one night, hotel was immaculately clean, friendly, great accommodations. Would definitely stay again!!

Convenience

Cons: Consistent pricing. Same room a few days later was $20 higher. Online the same day we checked in the 2nd room was listed a the same price as the 1st
Location: Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Had a family gathering for a funeral and most of the family stayed at the Hampton. It worked out well for us. We were allowed to gather in the lobby/breakfast area and socialize for a couple of hours.

Ok, for a 1 night say

The front desk associate was very helpful and offered a friendly greeting every time I entered the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good assortment of food choices with both hot and cold options.

Best yet!

Wow! From the moment we walked in, my son and I were thrilled. The young lady at the front desk was energetic and interactive, even engaging my 10 year old with some of the decisions that were being made. The room was so clean and we loved our bedding/comforters! The breakfast was by far the best when it came to the selection of different breakfast options, also serving robust coffee and a beautiful area to enjoy the breakfast. In addition, they had a great pool area. Highly recommend it and glad I spent just a few more dollars to stay there...no regrets, just a great experience and fantastic nights sleep!
