I reserved two rooms and we checked in to the rooms separately as a family because we were coming from different cities and we wound up on the first floor for one room and 3rd floor for the other. We always pack as we are going to share things because our rooms have always been next to each other. They should have reserved the room next to the one that my husband checked into earlier in the day. It made our stay difficult to be on different floors.
The staff was friendly but I think if I’m being charged over $100/night for a room, that maybe the shower head shouldn’t be corroded and the tub should not leak. The bathroom fan was super noisy and we could only get about 3 tv channels. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Everyone was very nice and place was clean
The hotel is in need of upgrades as we had problems with electrical issues in our room and one of the theelevator was out of service

The staff was very friendly, curtious , clean , the only complaints i had was my bath tub a little dirty , asked at the front desk to have it cleaned and no problem cleaning it ! The only other problem was the pool area they should have something on the floor around the pool so it not so slippery, i almost fell walking to the pool .

I expected it to be nicer. The breakfast was good. The room was ok, but the bathroom was a little dirty. The rear entry, closest to our room, smelled of pot and had a trash can overflow for a day. The concrete sidewalk was busted up.
The woman who checked me in was very pleasant.

The bathroom had a candy wrapper on the floor when we first entered. The bath tub was plugged and did not drain.

Amazinv front check in girl. Went above and beyond for our family. From simple things as finding us the condiments we need at 9 pm from a take. She was also able to relocate our rooms so they were adjoining. Not to forget to mention she brought our family more towels to the pool area at 930pm! The kindest young lasy ive seen working! Our rooms weee clean , comfortable and quiet!
