A visitors oasis
We arrived for a family weekend and we're greeted warmly. The room was very neat and clean. Beds are comfortable, extra pillows, plenty of room space and a heating system that works well and quietly. Very good breakfast! But there are restaurants within short distances if you need more.

Check in was easy and the amenities were explained to me. The drain in the sink smelled a little funky and there was no drain plug.

The shower had mold on the top left corner and the wall was falling apart by the toilet/shower - maybe the shower leaks? There was also hair in the shower and the bathroom seemed to not of been cleaned well. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. No cots available though. The pool area was nice and was tidy. The morning breakfast had a good selection one more but then didn’t have any hot goods the 2nd time.

No sleep!
People in the room next door were talking til 4 am and kept me up. It was a room with an adjoining door which does not filter noise. Room was comfortable but I got no sleep at all. Do NOT get a room with an adjoining room!!!

The bathroom was dirty, we asked to have the floor cleaned due to pee stains and it was not cleaned. The breakfast was okay but not what could be expected for the amount that you pay. The pool was dirty.

Good place to stay right off the highway
The hotel is just fine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is just ok but good enough to get you a light meal for traveling. Didn’t like that the comforters had stains on them so asked for clean ones. The traffic is a bit noisy. But we stay here once a year to attend a festival as it is close and adequate for our needs.

Quality Inn in Edgerton, WI
The fact that I could not reschedule my stay by a few days has been more than frustrating. I explained the situation and although hotels.com personnel were kind, courteous, and very helpful the actual hotel, Quality Inn would not even speak to me. I didn’t see their no changes policy when I booked the room. Therefore I was charged for a night I could not stay. The room I stayed in initially (July 14) was just okay. Repairs in the bathroom were unfinished and not even painted. The air conditioner/heat unit was noisy. When we arrived we had just five hours before check out so changing rooms didn’t make sense to us. Our first stay at the Quality Inn was in late June 2023. On July 14, 2023 there was a soccer tournament in Janesville,WI and every hotel in the area were book with no vacancies.The cost to stay at the Quality Inn which is a basic hotel was higher than the Holiday Inn in Janesville WI. The Holiday Inn included a nice breakfast, beautiful pool, gym, and is pet friendly. When we stayed at the Holiday Inn we’re had two dogs with us. We had stayed there two weeks prior to our first stay at the Quality Inn. I feel that the Quality Inn was price gouging in July.

Property was nice and clean. Hotel was quiet. Guy at the front desk was not pleasant to talk to. He seemed irritated that I was asking questions and was worried about a stray cat more than helping me. I also asked for a late check out as a choice member we should be able to check out at 2:00 PM. However 11:30 is the latest checkout. 3/5
