Romantic Birthday Fail!!

We were expecting a 5 star experience and expected at least a minimum of reasonable service. This location was of course good being 1 block from the famous "Rua Paulista" the view from our Deluxe garden suite was the best part of the our stay. The restaurant 'Seen' what can I say besides very dissapointed The wait staff did not acknowledge us upon arrival we had to wave our arms in the air to get noticed. The breakfast had a big selection but the food left is with much to be desired. The lobby bar 'Must' prepared some strong drinks which also kept us hopeful. However maybe a small course in etiquette would be in order. Between dropping the utensils and never having the same person serve on us during our 1/2 stay at the bar. We again were left unconvinced that this was a 5 star Hotel. They do offer a very slow wifi but if you are looking to stay plugged in for more then a few minutes at a time you can opt out for the 15$ a 30 min session. Witch is not in any of the publications from the hotel.... the coffee in the room is not included so expect to pay 5$ a cup for nesspresso and be sure to clean the water basin because purs was slimy and had floating bits in it. They only provide enough towels/ bathrobe for 1 occupant. For all these reasons we could not really relax and enjoy what we expected to be a 5 star experience. I Do not recommend this hotel The experience was more like a cheap motel with a big price tag. Super dissapointed

Best Hotel in Sao Paula

Excellent hotel much better than the intercontinental. I travel a lot to San Pablo and it was my first time at this hotel without a doubt the next time I'll be back

Perfect location in the heart of Paulista avenue.

Pros: Staff was very attentive and everybody from the bellboy to the front desk spoke perfect English!
Cons: I will only advise to upgrade your Wifi service if you are using internet to work as the basic one is of poor speed.
Great hotel with comfortable room. We had a corner room which offered the best view Sao Paolo has to offer.

Lovely hotel near Paulista Ave

I loved the room I was given. As a gold member they gave us a garden view suite. Very spacious private bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. The living room with a sofa and an additional TV. The showerhead in the bathroom is the best that I have used. In no time the water would rinse the shampoo due to the great pressure! We loved it!! Everyone in the staff made us feel welcome!

Best shower I've ever had in a hotel and the bed was a dream. The staff was incredible. They remembered my name and the reason I was in town for the weekend and were very friendly and helpful. Also great hotel location

Amazing hotel! Best breakfast, best green juice i have ever drank. The location is in the best area. Outstanding service. If i have to pick a hotel again it would be Tivoli. Love love love Tivoli.
