The check in was wrong

Location: Jasper Tx.
The room a reserved was supposed to be 2 queens smoking and it was to full size beds non-smoking. The rooms was nothing like advertised. The rooms wasn't as clean as they could have been it had dirty towels and no clean towels. Very dissatisfied :(

The staff was great. When we first got there to check in a group of about 20 or so men came in. The young gal was working by herself she loomed terrified, but she did great. The room was very quiet, never heard a sound.

Reasonable price for this small town

Overall clean rooms, nice staff, and mediocre breakfast. Coffee is consistently good so I still show up for breakfast. Wednesdays have a complelementart dinner which is very generous.

A clean and safe room and hotel for this area. Breakfast is decent and staff is friendly and attentive.

NEVER AGAIN

Had to switch rooms TWICE ...!!! First room had dirty towels in barhroom, One of the bed had someone take a nap on it... Could tell by head indition in pillow And heater did not work 2nd room. The toilet did not work and bathroom light was out. 3rd room was ok But on 2nd floor in back of property Mind you moving twice in 32' degree weather all outside with wife and child

The room felt like it could have been cleaner including bedding.

Paid for room online. Arrived to no room

Arrived after a long work day expecting 2 queen beds and no smoking room. Offered me a smoking king room because they sold out. Even the last one seemed not available. Lots of talk and story. Had to drive thirty miles to nearest town to find lodging. Lousy service lousy hotel

Not a great hotel

dirty room, I got dirty towels on two occasions and when I asked the front desk few new one she had an attitude like it wasn't her job. Will not stay here again

The stay was bad when came sent to wrong room people already book and asked them to clean make up bed was no cleaned very unsatisfied.
