There were bedbugs in the bed and roaches in the bathroom floor. And stains all over the furniture. The front desk attendant was wonderful and helped us get a refund from Amazon.

I travel a lot in my biz. I’ve stayed in many hotels at this price point This was the absolute worst. Extremely dated and tired looking. If this is the best Jasper has to offer I won’t ever stay in Jasper again. How hard is it to use brighter light bulbs, softer towels, fresher rooms that says welcome vs I can’t wait to leave. If I owned this property I would take pride in the appearance and the employees I hired at the front desk.

Decent hotel
Decent hotel, room was spacious and fairly clean. Cookies in lobby were delicious. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just your standard fair plus a waffle iron.

Not impressed
I don't recommend staying here if you expect a nicer mid-level hotel. It's mediocre at best. I also don't recommend it if you have allergies. Our room smelled horribly musty. I wanted to request a new one, buy my family was too tired to mess with it. The next morning, I saw why it smelled. The bathroom had lots of mold and/or mildew. I took pics and tried to add them to this review, but the app would not let me. The desk people were nice though.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my office chair was broken. I turned around to watch the have and the caster fell off. They have a policy that says if the person lives less than 50 miles away a 150 dollar cash deposit is due. People are throwing parties and trashing rooms. The front desk manager called someone and they got it waived for me. I would stay there again.

This property is disgusting. The room had numerous issues such as, flaking paint, rusty fixtures, sticky carpet, missing light bulbs, A/C didn’t work very well, cracked toilet, and musty smell. I was so tired, I didn’t want to leave and go find another hotel. Also, they only clean on Fridays and Monday’s (and you have to request that!). Yucky place…very disappointed.
