The lodge is obviously old but they do a great job at keeping facility in order. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. I like the no smoking and no pet policy. I like that they have kitchenette too. More functional than even expensive hotels. Great value for money.

Very good value. No frills but clean and well managed. Fridge and coffee in the room. Breakfast included. Convenient to Jasper at a very low cost. Locally, William Switzer park is beautiful too especially for MTB’ers or XC skiers

We had booked an accessible room as my mom uses a walker. The room was very good for her needs & we enjoyed the hot breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wood trim, especially in the bathroom, needs repair but all essential areas were fine so I would stay here again.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is the standard scrambled eggs,sausage and toast. We stayed on a busy weekend so it was quite noisy. The hotel feels old and definitely needs a renovation. Over all we would stay here again.

We love staying here. It’s so clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, My only complaint was the noise level. But looking back we should have called the front desk to complain and did not. I believe there were young children in the hall and adults being very loud and running. It was well after 10 pm.
