The pool was great for the kids. The room was really larger. Overall a great stay and we will stay again.

The fridge had lwft over cups of milk and coffee..Maybe guests left it ,whivh mean toom wasnt cleaned /checked properly. One TV wasnt working ( no cable connected)

The owner came up and spoke to us as we were getting ready to leave the breakfast. Very personal and first hand thanked us for staying in his hotel. Because of his brief conversation with us, we will definitely come back and stay in his hotel.

It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by expedia about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by expedia. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the expedia to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.

Great facility but very expenses for a simple room
Location is great, very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Rather expenses room cost which were exorbitant for a HI Express!!!

We enjpyed our stay. Check in was quick and easy. There is a pool and hottub. Our room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and had so many options. I am very happy with our stay.

The suites were located on the basement level with great blackout blinds. The unit was cool (as we were there on hot days, 31C) and was very nice for sleeping. We heard no noise from other units. Breakfast was also quite good.
