All the trail nice rooms just wish it was cleaner like dust the blind keep the woman shower at the gym area cleaner even renovation is in need in that area the hot tub the gun need to be cleaner

Me & my boyfriend stayed here for his birthday weekend with our 2 dogs. We absolutely fell in love with this resort in jasper and highly recommend! The staff was so helpful and nice, the amenities were great. The pyramid hike being right there was also really nice (the hike was amazing) the resort is very quiet and not too far from town but enough away where it was very peaceful at night & we got to see some wildlife early in the morning outside our room door. we truly overall loved the experience at this resort and will definitely be back! We are planning a family trip in the summer & we all can’t wait to experience this place in the summer. Although it’s on the pricer side we both agreed it was worth every dollar spent to stay here.

Location was beautiful and rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant onsite was seafood so we didn't eat there as not our thing and had young kids. Lots of places in town though which is only a short drive away.

Beautiful lodge right on Pyramid Lake. Rooms are new, very clean. The hot tub is down by the lobby and there’s no walking path to it, so in the winter you do need to drive to it. Staff was excellent, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view! Peaceful. A few kms outside of town. Gorgeous trails nearby. The restaurant runs on irregular hours/days so be prepared to venture into town for meals. If you stay on the bottom floor- prepare to hear the folks above you.

Pool and sauna are gross. There's nowhere to put outdoor shoes so everyone just wears them everywhere meaning the changerooms and sauna are full of outside mud and dirt. The sauna is more of a lukewarm room, which Max's out at 43 degrees....and again is full of mud. The lights surrounding the pool area are so bright they completely obstruct the view of Jasper's gorgeous night sky. For over 300 dollars a night...just stay in Hinton for half the price...

Renovations were quite nice in the room. Restaurant was comfortable and warm with excellent food. The music was a bit loud and a bit new age but the look of the space is all mountain.

Rooms are nicely updated and location is beautiful. Only thing is if you have a room above yours it can get pretty loud if people aren't minding their stomping habits.
