"From the moment we arrived till we departed, everything was spectacular, the views, the home, the cleanliness. We saw several deer and turkeys and watched a beautiful sunrise each morning from the back deck while enjoying a warm cozy fire. Highly recommend visiting this home and the best part was it’s only an hour from Atlanta! We will be back! "

"Great location to walk to Ball Ground downtown for coffee shop, shopping etc. House is very spacious with great kitchen and den area with plus comfy throw blankets to use while watching movies. Nice front and back porch as well. "

"I was hesitant to use VRBO again after our first rental experience being misrepresented. However, this home is beautiful and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to have a large group. "

"25 minutes from Tate House wedding venue. Thoroughly pleased with this house. Exactly as depicted. Minor issues only. Sofa is completely worn out. Could not get the gas fire place to work. Outside deck furniture is pretty old... but again the weekend was great partly because we were so comfortable here at the house. Would definitely rent this property again. Staff was a perfect 10 throughout the entire experience."

"We were there for my son’s wedding. This house was very convenient to the tennis facility, Chapel, marina, and big field where my son and his groomsmen played football/frisbee. Keep in mind that there are only 2 parking spots at the house, but we parked additional cars at the nearby facilities."

"We were 2 families staying together and the place worked great for us, it was stocked with everything we could possibly need and it was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area is stunning with lots of nature hikes and outdoors things to do with families, we loved it."
