Neat and the Best Staff
Excellent as usual. I reduced the rating slightly because I didn’t like the electric water heater in the bathroom as there was no good hot water. Street noise at first night but I got used to it. All in all, satisfied.

Found this property satisfying family needs. Location of hotel seems good that's make me stay at this hotel. Hygiene need to improve further and need to upkeep of the other facility such as rectify leakage of water in kitchen, foul smell in toilet.

Excellent hotel apartment in Jeddah
This hotel apartments is an excellent one. I booked two-bedroom suite and it was fantastic starting from the welcoming staff, to the space of the rooms and neat and modern furniture and facility inside. Everything we wanted me and my family was there. It is like 5-star hotel inside and also when you take the price that is very affordable. I love and will definitely book again when I visit Jeddah.

Great Apartments, one double and one twin room, 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen and lounge/diner. Minor issues with shower (not great pressure), washing machine (old twin tub, manual fill) and combination microwave/grill (rather than oven). But, all in all a comfortable stay. Good value fore money.

Everything is excellent in this hotel. Except thw internet that is just average speed. If you are a power user like me. You should prepare your options. But for the money this hotel worth every stay in comparison to any other within that budget.

clean furnished apartment
i stayed there for 9 nights with my familly its clean but slightly off the main road the daily cleaning was not upto standard as they donot change bed sheats and towels daily you have to request it and the daily cleaning is mainly empty garbage only and tidy the bed there is no dryer in the flat and neighbours were very noisy in the middle of the night children were roaming in the corridors and elevators which was annoying

It is not a proper hotel. The rooms are not clean, the furnature looks old or at least old fashioned, the service is below par, and they dont take credit card. The only positive aspect is the space.. If you are with a family and need one or two bedroom apartment with a kitchen at a sensible price then you might find it appropraite. It is a little better than other local serviced apartments but also more expensive.

Worth to try!
There were everything we needed at the apartment and clean except wifi was somewhat on and off. Big shopping mall is about 20 minutes away by Taxi but small supermarkets were nearby and convenient to get what we needed. Staffs were friendly. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. I would go back there again on my next visit there.

Preis ist in Ordnung. Englisch ist eine Fremdsprache dort. Wollte Shuttle Service buchen, es war nich möglich am Telefon zu diskutieren. Schlechtes Englisch! Taxipreis variert von 50 bis 150 SAR. Aufpassen. Keinen Schreier am Ausgang nehmen! Zeit Flughafen ist um die 20 min.
