Quick Overnight Stay

Pros: Location, rates, beds, towels
Cons: Front Desk
Had to find a hotel quick as I was on my way to Iowa for a health emergency. Needed to spend the night in Jefferson City for the night because the trip was a total of 7 hours and this would put 3 hours under my belt. Room was nice, great bed, nice towels. Left too early to eat breakfast, but they were kind enough to offer me a banana. I don't drink coffee.

Disappointing

Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel needs a good remodel. It is outdated, dirty, and not comfortable.
The room was not clean. There was junk on top of the "closet" area, the TV was at least 20 years old, the door didn't shut properly, everything felt damp or wet (including the carpet), and the toilet took forever to flush. When taking a shower, I felt like I was on the movie elf. I stand 6' tall and the shower head was about at my chin. Who was this shower made for? The hotel definitely requires an update to be relevant.

Pros: Quiet with a helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast is sub par. A waffle maker and microwaveable cheese omelette's do not make a satisfying hot breakfast. There is an attached kitchen, use it.
Hotel was ok and quiet. Unfortunately the bar had recently been closed.

Pros: Wifi wasn't reliable
Cons: Better WIFI
Location: Antique mall nearby
Wifi didn't work in our room, so they upgraded us to a room where it should work, but it didn't. Other than that, not bad. Has a small bar and the bartender was nice

It was ok for the price. Building exterior needs attention. Interior common areas were ok. Room needed attention. Carpet needs shampooed. Paint needs touched up. Patch hole in wall. Replace light bulb.

Not great value

Hotel located in a less than comfortable area. Although clean, the hotel was generally run down. Room had many area that showed excessive wear or damages that have not been addressed. Not a great value.

This property is headed the wrong direction

Pros: Desk clerk was pleasant.
Cons: Property needs some renovation.
Front desk clerk was very nice. Lobby and bar were pleasant. Bartender more interested in her texts than patrons. My business partner's television didn't work properly. Both his bathroom and my bathroom were in poor condition. Unfortunately, this hotel is headed in the wrong direction.
