The Worst Experience Ever!

Upon arrival, the room was a bit disappointing (Hair in sink and on countertop.) We registered FOUR guests; there was ONE towel and wash cloth. I requested more towels and was told housekeeping would bring them. Hours later, still no towels; I had to go get them. Hot water was nonexistent after 2 showers. Heater was extremely loud.
Breakfast staff was AWFUL; she acted as if we were an inconvenience... we were the only people there the first day. The second day, she took forever, waited on other tables that arrived after us, but at least she was rude to everyone!
After being gone the entire day, we came back to an unkempt room! Beds unmade, no clean towels, trashcans still full...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We thank you for staying with us. We had a housekeeper out sick which caused the housekeeping issues. We are sorry for that. We do hope you'll return in the future.
