“It has great access to amenities, a very resourceful staff, and they had answers for all of my questions. The Drury hotel is the best hotel I have ever booked in the greater Richmond area!”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

“Carpet in room needs to be fixed or repaired. Could be a trip hazard.”

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Easy check in and check out process. Had a bar and buffet or sit down breakfast option. Hotel room was clean. Would stay here again”

“The hotel’s A/C was broken at our check in and we were told it would be back up and running within an hr or two. We had to get ready for my wife’s birthday in a hot room and it caused us to be late to our reservations and threw off our entire evening with our plans. We had to come back from our evening to a humid room and did not get good rest. The A/C was barely working properly the next morning when we had to check out. So overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay. The property did look nice however.”

“Elevator broken. Room felt very humid - almost damp sheets and towels. Convenient location in nice part of town. Clean. Smelled nice. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly staff”

“Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . “Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”
