“The building has been left to practically crumble, the concrete stairs going to the second floor cracked and uneven, the pillars outside have huge rust holes at the base, the basketball hoop hanging sideways, the pool clearly closed because they don't bother to clean or maintain it. House cleaning never bothered to clean our room and I found a roach in the bathroom. We checked out a day early after that. The only good things I can say are that the front desk attendant was very sweet, the beds……

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel very welcome and even accommodated an early check-in for all three of our rooms, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff were equally impressive, friendly, kind, courteous, and willing to help. Their warm service made for a great start to the day. Although our stay was short, the excellent customer service left a lasting impression. We'd definitely stay here again and would……

“Although the property advertised as no smoking in rhe rooms, there were others staying there that were outside our room on the walk way smoking, which we could smell in the room because the air unit was blowing it in our room! The pillow cases weren't clean and the floors were not clean.”

“This is my third stay at this property. It has always had clean rooms, beautiful landscaping and is very quiet. They do provide cleaning during your stay without request. The staff is not super friendly or helpful and there are very minimal amenities - coffee is not available until 6 am which is not great for horse show visitors. Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the night and good value.”

“Very comfortable bed and with my back problems, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, and the added M and M's by the bed was a nice surprise. Happy hour too was a nice addition. Along with a multiple of snacks and soft drinks offered round the clock. ”
