I booked the club suite for my Anniversary, which was very spacious and had a good view of the river, but you can still see the roof of another part of the hotel.
However, when we arrived at the hotel, we had planned on dining at the restaurant that sat on the patio with a river view. It was closed. This was one of the reasons I picked the hotel.
After viewing the room. It looked somewhat dated. No coffee table in seating area, or no table to place food on to entertain. Sadly the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and its a club suite. Lighting was dark in the bathrooms. I saw 2 spiders, a dead bug in the picture on the wall, and the walls were chipped and needed painted. Beds were squeaky. A man from housekeeping walked straight in our room without knocking at 10:30 and check out wasn't until noon.
If you dont mind a vintage room then you might be okay with this room. This hotel could definitely use some renovations. I wasn't completely satisfied with paying 275.00 for this room. I would not stay here again.
