Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The man working the lounge on the 10th floor was rude and seemed bothered to do his job as he was more interested in watching the football game (go Cheifs!!) Rooms and flooring throughout the entire building are in serious need of updating. Toilet paper was only at 1/4 roll and had gotten wet before we arrived

The property was easy to get to, right off the bridge. Made it simple to go across to downtown Louisville for plenty of dining options and a football game. Area around the hotel was very quiet and clean. We took a ride down to the park and walked down to the river. So beautiful! Lots of parking available. The hotel inside was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the river and downtown skyline. The only con we had was the toilet seat would not stay up, which was very annoying.

The room was clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, several restaurants on site and off property. 20 min walk to Louisville or 8 min drive. The only thing not the greatest was the price of the continental breakfast. Food was a little cold. Pool a little murky but hot tub was good.

The location to downtown Louisville was prefect. However the hotel was below quality. The front lobby appeared clean & odor free with newer updates. We were housed on the 2nd floor & staff would not allow us to have a higher room with better views. The elevators had terrible flooring that was dirty looking. The hallway smelled. Using sanitizing wipes, we found the overall room to be very poorly cleaned. We had to call maintenance to fix drain in tub. No trash can liners. Constant gas flumes that hotel couldn’t correct. Front desk staff weren’t always pleasant- some not all. We were a group of 4 mature adults renting two rooms with double beds. My roommate complained of the bed being hard on her back. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. No ventilation in shower/bathroom (I.e. exhaust fan). Would not recommend this hotel even with proximity to downtown nor will I ever stay again. We did complain to staff but no apology or anything.

Advertising as "louisville" caused me to book this hotel. I travelled to KY specially for sports gambling and booked this, as it was in LOUISVILLE, but then upon getting to my room and trying to bet realized I was in Indiana. Totally misleading and the hotel refused a refund or transfer to another Marriot - even though I ended up not even staying here.

Stayed here while attending Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville. Great value and having 2 connecting restaurants was a big plus. We were a tad disappointed in bar being closed due to no one to work the bar. Beds and pillows were ok,not as comfy as I had hoped for. All in all it is a great choice!!! Staff is wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Staff rude, no MW or frig in room, water barely hot to running cold in shower, only one small bar of soap, bar in lobby supposedly open but no one in attendance. Did not feel like a Sheraton, and we would never stay there again.

I booked the club suite for my Anniversary, which was very spacious and had a good view of the river, but you can still see the roof of another part of the hotel. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we had planned on dining at the restaurant that sat on the patio with a river view. It was closed. This was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. After viewing the room. It looked somewhat dated. No coffee table in seating area, or no table to place food on to entertain. Sadly the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and its a club suite. Lighting was dark in the bathrooms. I saw 2 spiders, a dead bug in the picture on the wall, and the walls were chipped and needed painted. Beds were squeaky. A man from housekeeping walked straight in our room without knocking at 10:30 and check out wasn't until noon. If you dont mind a vintage room then you might be okay with this room. This hotel could definitely use some renovations. I wasn't completely satisfied with paying 275.00 for this room. I would not stay here again.
