disappointed in changes in only a yr.

Pros: the continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel or motel. my compliments on whoever is in charge of it.
Cons: if the rooms were completely cleaned at least once a week on a rotation and new bedding and towels purchased, and more efficient housekeepers hired.
Location: tangier outlet which was the purpose of our stay, lots of good places to eat were in the area.
enjoyed the stay last year. this year the only good thing about the stay was the breakfast. the room was not clean, sheets dirty, floor dirty, bathroom horrible, commode not even fastened to the floor. will never stay there again. immature, rude housekeeper that evidently does not know how to clean. towels and sheets were dingy and not even close to clean and white. chair was too dirty to sit on in the room, and frig too dirty to put pop inside. has gone downhill in only a year. other family members that have stayed there will also not be going back. as i said, continental breakfast was to die for, and that is the only good thing about my stay!!!!

We do not take cleanliness issues lightly - it has to be priority number one. Our Housekeeping staff aims to exceed all our guests’ expectations, but it seems we did not follow the processes in place of inspecting all rooms prior to a guest check-in. I have used your concerns with our Director of Housekeeping and staff to understand the importance of providing our guests with outstanding service and accommodations, so that this is not repeated in the future. Just pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere else

I chose the Baymont Inn & Suites because of the price. However, next time I will spend the extra $10 or $20 a month and stay somewhere else. I had the following problems with my stay: 1. The side door that was supposed to require a key card to gain entry was unlocked the entire time. 2. The TV in my room, although 40+ inches and had cable, had a fuzzy picture like the old tube TV's and literally shut itself off every 10 minutes and then turned back on, by itself. 3. The microwave beeped incessantly if you left it plugged, i.e., you had to unplug and re-plug the microwave anytime you wanted to use it. 4. The bathroom floors were never mopped. 5. The wireless internet was extremely slow. 6. The workout room was literally a closet with a treadmill and bike inside it.

Adequate for travelers

Overall stay was good, clean rooms and adequate breakfast. It did not have an elevator which was a little difficult for an older person. It was not up to the quality of some other Baymont's we have stayed at but it met our needs.

You can find better in this price range!

This is an older hotel and you can see that, although it is not in BAD condition. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows flat. Our towels in the pool area (which is the nicest thing in the hotel) literally had holes in them. There is not enough space in the little area they have set up for the complimentary breakfast (which was not very good anyway) and is there as an afterthought. There are tons of other hotels in the area or within 10-20 min that are comparable price and far better condition. We won't bother returning.

Hours for pool and workout room were not convienent. Could not work out because the hours did not begin until 10 am! why not 7 or 8 am?? Ice machine broken. unable to have ice for our drinks etc.
