leftover tissue on the top toilet shelf, please be more careful. All in all a pleasant stay, comfortable beds and mostly clean aside from the toilet. Notice for the passcode could be more clear, that it's for keying in on the door itself rather than the level 1 keypad (not sure what that's for); fortunately the guard(?) on duty mangaed to convey in very basic english what I should do. Nice location and plenty of food and shopping options around. But, many were closed when I was there though, not sure if it's the timing Overall, will go back.

It is in a very good location surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room is in higher floor so my view is quite nice. The room is spacious and has a smart TV. But unfortunately I found an empty alcohol bottle and used paper cup under the bed which scared me.

This property is new and located in the middle of downtown in Jeju that it is easy to travel any part of Jeju by bus or own your car. Strongly recommend for the fist time travelers. The rate is very reasonable as well.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place to stay. 1st, during winter, the temperature is too warm and it can't be adjusted as the air conditioner does not work. As a result, one has to open the window for the cold air to come in to cool down the room but you would get noises from the street coming into the room when you are sleeping. 2nd, the thermostat functions as a heater for the floor but it doesn't follow the temperature shown such as 4 degrees Celsius. When it is turned on, it makes an audible sound every 2 minutes. 3rd, the bedsheets and blanket are not that good quality as it generates more noise than normal bedsheets and blanket. On the plus side, Hi Residences is responsive to your messages.

Location is good, close to the shopping district, nearby there is a lot of eateries and convenient store. Provide free parking for those who are driving in Jeju. Property is new and well kept, the room is clean and cosy. Everything is great! Thumb Up!!

Spacious and modern in a convenient area. Everything you need is in the room (except for toothbrush / paste, but we brought our own) . There's no front desk, so if u have any inquiries, make sure you send them a message to clarify. Response from staff via email and in-app messages are fast. We had a pleasant stay!

For a new building, there were a surprising amount of holes in the walls. Given the current wave of spycams in Korea, it was not the most reassuring, and made it a little harder to relax. Other than that, the room was good with great facilities.

First, this building is new. Of course it is very clean and everything inside the house is new as well. I stayed at similar airbnb type studios before, but this one was by far the best. It is only few minutes drive to the airport and it has convenient stores and restaurants couple steps away from the location. I didn't really see any negative aspect of this place. RECOMMEND!

Best location and super clean!! Highly recommend this place. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if this place was good because it was a new one and there were not that many reviews. But I googled and found some good reviews and decided to go for it. I am so glad I made this choice. My friend and I stayed at this new building and we are extremely satisfied with our choice. Because this residences is newly built, everything was so sparkling clean and the bed was really comfortable. They provided all the essentials like hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, towels, and kitchen utensils. They also have laundry in-unit, which was really convenient for us to quickly wash our clothes. They even have kitchen where you can cook ramen or other foods. I am quite picky about the accommodation but I was very impressed how clean and convenient the room was. Location is another 5 star for this place. It is in the center of Jeju city and it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, duty free store, and convenient stores. It was super close to the airport so it literally only took like 5 minutes by car. They do provide parking lot but we just took the taxi to travel. I contacted the manager prior to my arrival and they replied me really quickly. When we arrived, the manager and staff came out to welcome us because it was a late night. They were super friendly. Overall, I would love to stay here again either with small or bigger group as they have many rooms available. Loved this place!!

Highly recommended, everything went well. I was looking for a room with a kitchen and this place was perfect. The location is perfect, right in city center & near the airport. Was a bit worried because they have no front desk but the self check in was actually more convenient and faster. All questions were answered in timely manner and the staffs are all so nice! Definitely coming back for my next trip!!
