I will not hesitate to give a perfect score (i.e. 5 Excellent for all) to Ramada if not because I was made to pay for the usage of hotel facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, and gym. This is my first trip to Jeju, South Korea. Not too sure if all hotels in South Korea make their guest pay for ...

I walked in just after expedia.com reservation through mobile app, The staff welcomed my check in though they cannot approached reservation status after seeing my mobile phone. The room was clean with ocean view. They even called me that I had left my clothes and sent via courier service.

The staircase is pretty dangerous due to the sloe on each steps. We happened to be in level 3 so is quite tedious . For breakfast , maybe more choices will be nice
Perfect stay - can’t complain. Room was spacious, loved having breakfast inside our room and enjoying beach view and waves. Several good restaurants nearby too!
My room had nice view of the airport and rooms are bigger than norm.
Happy with room but breakfast is not my taste. The food near to hotel are not bad but expensive.
We stayed here for 3 nights, we enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and easy to get to from the sirport. Good eateries in the area. Large market across the road. Clean, tidy and warm. We would stay again. Only complaint pillows are a bit flat, but good ven 2 more.
Staff is very friendly and can speak English fluently. Location is good, with a lot of shopping and restaurant nearby. Bed was too hard, pillow is too soft. Maybe can improve on this.
Staff is very friendly and nearby have lot restaurant you can find for your dinner.
Good: cheap! At new Jeju central area. Walkable to Shilla and Lotte. Bad: I personally don’t like d lighting in d room. Abit dark although it’s look romantic. The way into hotel and parking area need some skill, it’s too too narrow. Overall still ok.
The hotel is decent, yet I had the following problems: 1. In my room, the bathroom door is HUGE, as big and bulky as the glass doors at the entrance to the Carnegie Hall!!! It made me wonder whether I was sleeping indoors or outdoors! 2. There is no single rail or hook to hang the towels in the bathroom. ...
No frills but most comfortable. For those who want a clean and comfortable place to return for a good rest at the end of the day, Four Seasons is good. A special note besides the spaciousness, the shower head emits powerful jet of water that refreshes us each day.
Not a bad place. And surprisingly a bit more welcoming and nicer than one might expect. But a bit underwhelming as far as the room itself. Very small and outdated. Nice lobby. Pleasant staff.
