Sadly I fell and hurt my knee a couple days before the trip but the staff was super accommodating. Even allowed me to borrow a wheel chair to help me get around the resort. I felt very taken care of!

Had a great time with my daughter. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome at every moment. From check in, Ms. Amanda Kang was attentive to our preferences and we loved the designated room. Decor is old fashioned but I preferred it to the generic modern styles. Plenty to do with a kid. Loved walking to the beach. Evening pool concert was lovely. Tried the buffet (very good), a la carte menus (superb), and room service (pretty good) and liked them all. The pool seats can be heated from the top, so was OK in chilly temp. There is an indoor playground for kids. Baking activity was so worth the money. I am definitely returning soon.

Everything was wonderful. We stayed in a Hello Kitty room that needs repairs to the bathroom. Door was warped, appears water damage throughout bathroom around trim and also tiles within shower. There were cracked looking tiles. Grout needs cleaning throughout bathroom. Aside from that bathroom, everything else was great!

A top rate professional staff that treats every guest with the highest traditional respect. Breakfast buffet was a very big plus and anyone visiting should include it on the booking. I highly recommend this place as the nightly rates are reasonable and well worth it.

Hotel and grounds were beautiful. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tubs, and nightly concert. We tried the kids club on a rainy day and while it was an additional fee it was a big hit as well. Area is close to many of the attractions.

The hotel is big and nice. We enjoyed the pool and the food was great. Service is great too. This may just be a Korea thing, but having to wait 20 minutes to check in is something that really annoys me. And even after I checked in past 4pm, we arrived around 3:30, check in starts at 3pm, our room still wasn't ready. We didn't get up to our room until 4:20 and then waited for the bags they said would be brought up. Chek out is promptly at 11 am but why is my check in time eaten up with this wait?

Great stay staff were very friendly. There’s just a small need for up keep of the place. AC was dripping and staining the carpet, the pool paint was peeling. Fairly minor things, easily missed in such a big hotel, however for the price I would expect not to see most of that stuff. The room was lovely. Notice that even if you pay in advance they will still take 10% deposit of your total stay cost.

Very professional and courteous staff. Everything is available at your fingertips. Beautiful and well kept property with amazing amenities! It has a wonderful pool with nightly shows, great fitness center where they loan you workout clothes and sneakers, a sauna, indoor pool, casino, bowling alley, and arcade. Spacious rooms and a private convenience store on the hotel grounds. It is the absolute best hotel!

Very nice hotel to stay at.
All was great. Great place to stay in Jeju. Jeju itself is not a top pick to go back again. Like Busan over Jeju. The hotel is on the south side. Took around 30,000w to get from airport to hotel via taxi. We got the breakfast included package and it was worth it. Great restaurant. Nice added bonus is the bowling alley. Walked in and out of casino. Not much action. Staff are wonderful. Valet gal helped us get around and find a taxi. Much appreciated. The outside starting to need some tlc or pressure wash. Nightly concert/singers and DJ at pool was nice. Love the everyone get out of the pool breaks to go pee. Tough walk to get to beach. Beds could be a tad softer.

Excellent!, we book 1 day only because expensive just to try the Hello Kitty room, we stayed less than 24 hours because are flight was late from Busan, we checked in around 10:30 pm then next day at 11:00 check out. Overall excellent!

Perfect Family Hotel and Resort
The property is stunningly beautiful; think Vegas style opulence on the beach. They have a terrific pool and an amazing beach via a short walk. The staff was all very friendly and spoke English. I hope to return here very soon.

Tommy's stay at Lotte Hotel Jeju
In general, the overall rating for this hotel is 9.2 out of 10. Location: It is considered locating in a resort area so it is not convenient to travel around without a car. The good thing is that the hotel provides free airport transportation. Unfortunately, there are only 3 times a day. There are restaurants nearby the hotel which is a plus. Also, the swimming pool is heated which is great. There is a playground inside the hotel including bowling alleys which are perfect for people just have a getaway. Check-in: Check-in is fast. Staff: All the staff are friendly and helpful except only some of them speak above average English. Communication is a challenge in some areas. Condition: The hotel itself is somewhat dated. It is maintained at an above average level. Room condition is average as the bathtub and the washroom door are broken. Restaurant: The Lounge and Bar is perfect. Food is delicious. Staff service is great but some staff do not speak English. Service: It is above average. It will be better if the bed is made up properly on a daily basis.

Overall we enjoyed very much staying at the property. Everything was nice, however the swimming pool staffs could be friendlier! The food was delish, and we would definitely go back.
