Receptionist seemed kind, but he was very strict and talented for making the guests feel bad. Never visited the reception during stay. Room was expected, garden is good.

Clean and neat. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and service are great. Front desk check in is very strict to 3pm rule. Rooms are small compared with same rating hotels. Bathroom is very small for triple sharing. shower area is combined with bath tub. Overall pleasant stay.

It was one of the most beautiful properties in this area, but the price I paid for this room, it wasn't worth it because the room was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely small in size, don't know how ondol works in the room (front desk staff provided no explanation) and there are too many small steps in the room to get to the bathroom every time. No chairs in the room to sit on. In my opinion, this type of the ondol rooms should be equipped with some basic comforts like chairs or backrest. Nevertheless, we stayed in the hotel for 5 nights 6 days because of the beautiful landscape.

I do not agree with 5 star hotel rating. Old hotel, needs remodeling. The AC didn’t work and the mattresses are old. The furnitures have many wear and tear.

I like the ambience. It has great views of the sea and mountain. Although it is quiet, it is walkable to places of interest. Best of all the airport limo bus is just at the footstep of this hotel. Highly recommended

The view from the room was very beautiful. It was close to the Honey Moon Cafe and one of the water falls. There was a walking trail on either side of the hotel.

Hotel listing has been Grossly misrepresented! Even though we got a "superior room" at nearly usd 250 per night it was our worst hotel in Korea because 1) the hotel is ancient. The balcony has rusted railings 2) the toilet is so small! U have to shower in a small old bathtub 3) the bed is from the 1970s (it just plainly is old) 4) the hotel is so old, the closet does not open fully ( they nailed one side shut) 5) u must pay for the sauna (10k won) 6) the pool is small, the room is small this hotel listing has 5-star photoshop but really it is a very very old hotel (it's clean though) In conclusion, this hotel is like the hotel from The Shining. It was once great, but the hotel is VERY OLD NOW. I think the other smaller hotels in jeju looked better at half the price.

Excellent ocean view Hotel
Hotel provided room upgrade without any charge. My room was corner Suite room. So, the view was excellent (including ocean view). Room condition is very good.

The location was beautiful and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our room. Parking was convenient and the staff were all helpful. Breakfast had a decent spread, however, I would have enjoyed a made to order egg station like they have at other hotels in Jeju. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel!

첫날 밤 시간대에 체크인하고 방에 들어섰을때, 방 사이즈도 크지 않고 커튼이나 방충망에서 세월의 흔적이보여서 실망스러웠는데 (방충망 도어는 진짜 여닫기 힘들더라구요.) 다음날 조식먹고 산책하고 하면서 만족도가 올라갔습니다. 요즘 숙소들은 방은 더 좋을지 몰라도 조경은 그 시절 그 명성이 아니었다면 칼호텔처럼 부지 확보나 시설 관리 하기힘들죠.. 조식은 음식 가지수가 많다고 할 수 없지만 정갈하고 맛이 다 괜찮았아요. 부모님께서도 좋아하셨구요. 호텔 위치도 좋아서 다니기도 좋고 시간이 갈수록 만족도가 높아지는 숙박이었습니다.

It was a good stay. The beds were comfortable, the grounds were clean and the staff is nice. Just wish there were more amenities like a store on grounds because the properly is located far. Also the notices were only in Korean.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to a pleasant restaurant on the ocean. Overall, hotel is comfortable and clean though a bit dated. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was closed despite warm temperatures.
